Kopsavilkums
This qualification paper's goals are to look at how "Hockey Club Tukums" operates, assess the technical and functional readiness of players in the U13 and U14 age groups, and make recommendations for bettering the training regimen. The club's structure, coaching philosophy, organisational features, and athlete development practices are all thoroughly covered in the article. The results of physical fitness tests are analysed with particular attention in order to assess the players' developmental stage with respect to their age group. Recommendations for improving training sessions are given in light of the data gathered, specifically by strengthening skating strength, coordination, and technique. The work also emphasises how important it is for coaches to effectively communicate with parents and inspire young athletes in order to foster a secure and encouraging environment for their athletic development.
