Spontānas intracerebrālas hemorāģijas ir relatīvi biežs insulta cēlonis visā pasaulē vēl aiz vien atbildot par 10 - 30% gadījumu [3]. Tās tiek definētas, kā asinsizplūdumi smadzeņu audos bez traumatiska cēloņa vai diagnosticējamas asinsvadu malforācijas vai aneirismas [1,2]. Pie kā jāmin, ka par biežāko spontānas intracerebrālas hemorāģijas cēloni un riska faktoru tiek uzskatīta arteriāla hipertenzija [6].
Mortalitāte šīs patologijas gadījumā ir ļoti augsta pēc dažādu šajā literatūras apskatā ievietoto pētījumu datiem tai sasniedzot pat 80% nākamā pusgada laikā pēc terapijas [8]. Līdz ar to jau vairākus gadu desmitus ir bijusi nepieciešamība pētīt, kādas taktikas izvēle (ķirurģiskas vai konservatīvas), kurā no situācijām, būtu vislabākā, lai sniegtu labākos rezultātus. Šī literatūras apskata ietvaros par vērtēšanas kritērijiem pieņemot gan intrahospitālās uzturēšanās ilgumu, gan pacientu mortalitāti, gan funkcionālās spējas noteiktos laika posmos pēc terapijas, tika veikta dažādu literatūras avotu datu salīdzināšana.
Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage is a relatively common cause of stroke worldwide, still accounting for 10-30% of cases [3]. They are defined as hemorrhages in brain tissue without a traumatic cause or diagnosable vascular malforation or aneurysm [1,2]. It should be noted that arterial hypertension is considered to be the most common cause and risk factor of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage [6]. Mortality in this pathology is very high, according to various studies in this literature review, reaching 80% in the next six months after treatment [8]. Thus, for several decades, there has been a need to study which tactics (surgical or conservative) to choose, in which situations to reach the best possible results for the patient. Within the framework of this literature review, comparing data from different literature sources was performed and as the evaluation criteria were taken the duration of intra-hospital stay, patient mortality and functional capacity at certain time points after treatment.
