Abstract
Darba nosaukums: Manipulācijas ar sporta sacensībām kriminoloģiskie un krimināltiesiskie aspekti
Darba autors: Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes students Ervīns Skudra.
Darba apjoms: darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, 7 apakšnodaļām un nobeiguma.

Pētījuma uzdevumi: sniegt ieskatu vēsturē par manipulācijām ar sporta sacensībām un atklāt faktorus, kas veicina manipulācijas ar sporta sacensībām; analizēt „manipulācijas ar sporta sacensībām novēršanas” jēdzienu un izpētīt jēdzienu juridiskās un kriminoloģiskās perspektīvas; analizēt starptautiskos un Latvijas Republikas normatīvos aktus manipulācijas ar sporta sacensībām novēršanā un atklāt to tiesiskā regulējuma specifiku; identificēt problēmjautājumus, definēt profilakses pasākumus un izvirzīt priekšlikumus manipulācijām ar sporta sacensībām novēršanai.
Pētījuma metodes: salīdzinošā metode; vēsturiskā metode; indukcijas un dedukcijas metode; interpretācijas metodes.
Pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti: Nav veikti zinātniski pētījumi par reālo situācija ar manipulāciju ar sporta sacensībās vai dopinga lietošanas izplatību Latvijā. Latvijas Republikas normatīvajiem akti nosaka atbildību par manipulācijām ar sporta sacensībām un atbilst starptautiskajiem tiesību aktiem, tomēr ir nepieciešamas izmaiņas tiesiskajā regulējumā saistība dopingu. Lai Sporta likums attiektos uz e-sportu pārstāvjiem nepieciešams grozījumus izdarīt Sporta likumā.
The title of the research: Criminological and criminal law aspects of manipulation of sports competitions The author: The student of Riga Stradins University – Ervīns Skudra The volume of the research: the research paper consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, 7 subchapters and a conclusion. Literature review: documents of international organizations; international, foreign and regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia in the field of sports law; case-law, statistics, legal and practical experience in different countries. Key words: manipulations, doping, sports, e-sports, criminal law, criminalization. The aim: to study the ways of manipulation with sports competitions and to make suggestions to prevent these manipulations. The object of the research: problems of prevention of manipulation in sports competitions and criminological and criminal law aspects of manipulation. The subject of the research: the spread and prevention problems of the doping usage and the manipulation with sports results. Enabling objectives: to provide an insight into the history of manipulation with sports competitions and to reveal the factors that promote manipulation with sports competitions; to analyse the concept of "the prevention of manipulation of sports competitions" and to explore the concept from a legal and criminological perspective; to analyse the international and the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia in the prevention of manipulation with sports competitions and to reveal the specifics of their legal regulation; identify issues, define prevention measures and make suggestions for the prevention of manipulation with sports competitions. The methods of the research: comparative method; historical method; induction and deduction method; methods of interpretation. The results: There has been no scientific research conducted on the real situation with the manipulation of sports competitions or the prevalence of doping in Latvia. The laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia determine the responsibility for manipulation of sports competitions and comply with international law, however, changes in the legal framework related to doping are necessary. It is also necessary to make amendments to the Sports law in order to apply the law also to the representatives of e-sports.
