Abstract
Maģistra darba “Personas identifikācija pēc ārienes pazīmēm noziedzīgu nodarījumu atklāšanā” mērķis ir izpētīt personas identifikācijas pēc ārienes pazīmēm noziedzīgu nodarījumu atklāšanā problemātiku un rast risinājumus konstatētajām problēmām. Analizējot statistikas datus un aktuālās publikācijas, konstatēts, ka pētījuma temats ir aktuāls. Maģistra darba izstrādes rezultātā identificētas vairākas jomas problēmas, piemēram, jautājums par videonovērošanas sistēmu ar sejas atpazīšanas programmatūru ieviešanu Latvijā sabiedriskās vietās, tās tiesiskumu, kā arī konstatēto rezultātu attiecināmību uz habitoloģiju un statusu krimināllietās. Aktuāls ir jautājums par mūsdienu habitoloģijas izaicinājumiem un problemātiku, piemēram, plastisko operāciju veikšanu, autors pēta šo un vēl citas vairākas problēmas, kā arī izvirza iespējamos priekšlikumus kā tās novērst.
Maģistra darba kopējais apjoms ir 76 lapaspuses.
The aim of the master's thesis “Identification of a person by external features in the detection of criminal offenses” is to study the problems of personal identification by external features in the detection of criminal offenses and to find solutions to the identified problems. Analyzing statistical data and current publications, it was found that the research topic is relevant. As a result of the development of the master's thesis, several problems in the field have been identified, for example, the issue of video surveillance systems with face recognition software in Latvia in public places, its legality, as well as the applicability of the results to habitology and criminal status. The issue of modern habitology challenges and problems, such as performing plastic surgeries, is relevant, the author of this and several other problems, as well as puts forward possible proposals on how to eliminate them. The total volume of the master's thesis is 76 pages.
