Piespēļu pilnveidošana tuvinātiem spēles apstākļiem “JDFS Alberts” 8 – 9 gadus veciem futbolistiem

Bakalaura darba hipotēze: piespēļu pilnveidošanas vingrinājumi tuvinātiem sacensības apstākļiem, paaugstinās precīzo piespēļu skaitu futbola sacensības.
Darbā veiktā pētījuma mērķis: “JDFS Alberts” 8-9 gadus vecu futbolistu piespēļu pilnveidošana futbola treniņos un tās ietekme uz precīzo piespēļu skaita paaugstināšanos futbola sacensībās.
Secinājumi:
1. Avoti saturēja informāciju par 8-9 gadus vecu bērnu fizioloģisko raksturojumu, psiholoģisko raksturojumu, pamata tehnikas mācīšanu, piespēļu klasifikāciju un biomehāniku. Vēl tika iegūta informācija par “JDFS Alberts” raksturojumu.
2. Pētījuma laikā tika noskaidrota un izvērtēta “JDFS Alberts” 8-9 gadus vecu futbolistu piespēļu izpildīšanas precizitāte sacensību laikā, sākotnējā piespēļu precizitāte bija vērtējama kā vāja, jo precīzas piespēles bija 31 no 79, jeb 39,24 % no kopējā piespēļu skaita.
3. Tika izstrādāts un aprobēts vingrinājumu kopums astoņām nedēļām piespēļu pilnveidošanai “JDFS Alberts” 8-9 gadus veciem futbolistiem. Vingrinājumu kopums sastāvēja no 15 vingrinājumiem. Vingrinājumu kopums tika izstrādāts tā, lai katru nedēļu pakāpeniski paaugstinātos sarežģītības pakāpe, pievienojot, vairāk darbības, vairāk pretspēlētājus, vairāk spēlētājus, vairāk komandas, ierobežojot laiku un pieskārienu skaitu, samazinot telpu, un palielinot sacensību garu. Vingrinājuma kopums tika pildīts treniņa galvenajā daļā.
4. Tika izvērtēta vingrinājumu kopuma piespēļu pilnveidošanai ietekme uz piespēļu precizitāti sacensībās “JDFS Alberts” 8-9 gadus veciem futbolistiem un secināts ka ietekme ir ievērojama un vērtējama pozitīvi, jo piespēļu precizitāte sacensībās pēc vingrinājumu kopuma veikšanas 8 nedēļu garumā pieauga no 31 piespēles uz 61 piespēli. Tāpat pieauga arī precīzo piespēļu īpatsvars no 39,24 % uz 56,48 %, kas nozīmē ka precīzo piespēlēs sacensībās pieauga par 17,24%.

Kristaps Slaidiņš Bachelor's Thesis Hypothesis: Passing improvement exercises conducted under conditions simulating actual matches will increase the number of accurate passes during football competitions. Research Aim: To improve the passing skills of 8–9-year-old football players at “JDFS Alberts” during training sessions and assess its impact on the number of accurate passes during matches. Conclusions: 1. The sources provided information on the physiological and psychological characteristics of 8–9-year-old children, the teaching of basic techniques, the classification and biomechanics of passing. Additionally, relevant information about the characteristics of the “JDFS Alberts” football school was gathered. 2. During the study, the accuracy of passing among 8–9-year-old players at “JDFS Alberts” during matches was evaluated. Initially, the passing accuracy was rated as low, with only 31 out of 79 passes being accurate, accounting for 39.24% of all passes. 3. An eight-week exercise program aimed at improving passing was developed and tested for 8-9-year-old players at “JDFS Alberts”. The program consisted of 15 exercises and was structured to gradually increase in difficulty each week by adding more actions, opponents, players, and teams, limiting time and touches, reducing space, and increasing competitiveness. The exercises were carried out during the main part of training sessions. 4. The impact of the passing improvement program on match performance was evaluated and found to be significant and positive. After completing the 8-week program, the number of accurate passes increased from 31 to 61. Additionally, the percentage of accurate passes rose from 39.24% to 56.48%, indicating an improvement of 17.24%.
