Kvalifikācijas darba nosaukums: Fitnesa treniņi brīvā dabā un to ietekme uz dejotāju fizisko stāvokli.
Aktualitāte: Dejotājiem nepieciešama spēja izturēt augstas intensitātes treniņus. Dejošana kolektīvā ir grupas darbs un dēļ tā, ka iesācēju dejotāju starpā ir dažāda līmeņa fiziskā izturība, ir nepieciešams strādāt papildus pie izturības treniņiem, lai balancētu dejotāju līmeni un gūtu labākus panākumus dejās.
Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis: Noskaidrot vai treniņi brīvā dabā, spēj uzlabot dejotāju biomotorās spējas, lai tas pozitīvi ietekmētu deju treniņu progresu.
Hipotēze- Grupai A, kura veica treniņus ārā, uzlabojās VO2max līmenis un pašsajūta deju treniņos.
Pētījuma dalībnieki : deju studijas dejotājas – sievietes pusaudžu vecumā (12-16 gadi). Dejo iesācēju līmenī vismaz gadu.
Izslēgšanas kritēriji: neizpilda treniņu sastādīto video programmu.;
Pētījuma metodes: Kontrolvingrinājumu metode, pētījuma eksperimentālā grupa veica regulāras (2 reizes nedēļā) fitnesa nodarbības brīvā dabā . Paralēli šiem treniņiem abām grupām notiek deju treniņi 2 reizes nedēļā. Tika izveidota treniņu programma eksperimentālajai grupai 6 nedēļām. B grupa - divi deju treniņi un viens fiziskās sagatavotības, A grupa – divi deju treniņi, viens fiziskās sagatavotības un viens augstas intensitātes intervālu treniņš brīvā dabā(60 sekunžu slodze ar SF 80% - 90% no maksimālās, tad seko slodze ar SF 65% - 75% no maksimālās).
Pirms/pēc pētījuma veikšanas veicot pašsajūtas novērtēšanu ar aptauju.
Spēka izturības noteikšanai izmantoti sekojošie vingrojumi:
1. Statisko pozu noturēšana, uzņemot laiku. Pietupiens, kājas gurnu platumā, augšstilbi paralēli grīdai un balsts guļus uz apakšdelmiem
2. Aerobo darbaspēju novērtēšana ar veloergometrijas testu, izmantojot mehānisko velergometru MONARK
Rezultāti: Veicot sešu nedēļu garo pētījumu ar augstas intensitātes treniņiem brīvā dabā, grupai A VO2 max līmenis vidēji uzlabojās par 2,3 ml/kg/min., bet grupai B turpinot treniņus kā ierasts VO2 max līmenis vidēji uzlabojās par 0,2 ml/kg/min.
Secinājumi: Pamatojoties uz VO2 max līmeņa noteiktajiem rezultātiem, papildus treniņi brīvā dabā pozitīvi ietekmē skābekļa patēriņa līmeni. Hipotēze apstiprinājās.
Title of the Qualification Paper: Outdoor Fitness Training and Its Impact on Dancers' Physical Condition Relevance: Dancers need the ability to withstand high-intensity training. Dancing in a team is a group effort and due to the fact that there are different levels of physical endurance among beginner dancers, it is necessary to work in addition to endurance training in order to balance the level of the dancers and achieve better success in dancing. Aim of the research: To find out whether training in the open air can improve the biomotor abilities of dancers, so that it has a positive effect on the progress of dance training. Hypothesis: Group A, who exercised outdoors, had improved VO2max levels and well-being during dance training. Study Participants: Female adolescent dancers (aged 12–16) from a dance studio, who have been dancing at a beginner level for at least one year. Exclusion Criteria: Does not follow the video program of training. Research Methods: The experimental group performed regular (twice weekly) fitness sessions outdoors. Both groups participated in two weekly dance training sessions. A 6-week training program was designed for the experimental group: • Group B: Two dance sessions and one physical fitness session per week. • Group A: Two dance sessions, one physical fitness session, and one high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session outdoors (60 seconds of load at 80%–90% of maximum heart rate, followed by a load at 65%–75% of maximum heart rate). Before and after the study, well-being was assessed using standardized questionnaires. The following exercises are used to determine strength endurance: 1. Holding static poses while taking time. Squat, feet hip-width apart, thighs parallel to the floor and supine support on forearms 2. Evaluation of aerobic work capacity with a bicycle ergometry test using the mechanical bicycle ergometer MONARK Results: After the 6-week study with high-intensity outdoor training: • Group A's VO2max level improved by an average of 2.3 ml/kg/min. • Group B, continuing their usual training, showed an average VO2max improvement of 0.2 ml/kg/min. Conclusions: Based on the results determined by the VO2 max level, additional outdoor training has a positive effect on the level of oxygen consumption. The hypothesis was confirmed.
