Darba vides riski ģimenes asistentu darbā

Abstract

Šajā maģistra darbā tiek pētīti darba vides riski ģimenes asistentu darbā. Ģimenes asistents nodrošina personai atbalstu un apmācību sociālo prasmju apgūšanā, bērnu aprūpē un audzināšanā, mājsaimniecības vadīšanā, saskaņā ar individuāli izstrādātu sociālās rehabilitācijas plānu, ko izstrādā sociālā dienesta sociālais darbinieks – sociālā gadījuma vadītājs. Ģimenes asistentu pakalpojums Latvijā sācis attīstīties apmēram pirms 10 gadiem. Darba vides riski ģimenes asistentu darbā līdz šim nav pētīti. Latvijas Republikas Darba aizsardzības likuma 1.panta 6.punktā teikts, ka darba vide ir darba vieta ar tās fizikālajiem, ķīmiskajiem, psiholoģiskajiem, bioloģiskajiem, fizioloģiskajiem un citiem faktoriem, kuriem nodarbinātais pakļauts, veicot savu darbu. Ģimenes asistenta darba vieta ir: • klienta dzīvesvieta; • iestādes un vietas, ko ģimenes asistents apmeklē kopā ar klientu; • ceļš, ko mēro kopā ar klientu, lai veiktu uzdevumu, kas ietilpst ģimenes asistenta pakalpojuma sniegšanā; • iespējama arī atrašanās vieta ārpus klienta dzīvesvietas, kas saistīta ar ģimenes asistenta pakalpojuma sniegšanu klientam. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt ģimenes asistentu darba vides riskus un definēt ieteikumus identificēto risku novēršanai. Lai izpētītu ģimenes asistentu darba vides riskus, šī maģistra darba teorētiskajā daļā raksturots ģimenes asistenta pakalpojums un ģimenes asistenta darba specifika, zinātniskajā literatūrā identificēti darba vides riski un sniegts ieskats, kāda ir sociālo pakalpojumu loma un uzdevumi vīrusa covid-19 pandēmijas laikā. Maģistra darba praktiskā pētījuma daļā aprakstīta ģimenes asistentu anketēšanā un fokusgrupas intervijā iegūtā informācija par darba vides riskiem ģimenes asistentu darbā. Kā arī veiktas divas profesionāļu intervijas. Darba nobeigumā sniegti ieteikumi identificēto darba vides risku novēršanai. A family assistant provides a person with support and training for social skills, child care and parenting, household management in accordance with the individual social rehabilitation plan developed by a social worker – a social work case manager. In Latvia, family assistant services began to develop approximately 10 years ago. Thus far, the occupational risks faced by family assistants have not been studied. Pursuant to Section 1 Clause 6 of the Labour Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, working environment isthe workplace with its physical, chemical, psychological, biological, physiological and other factors to which an employee is subject when performing his or her work. The aim of the thesis is to study occupational risks of family assistants and define recommendations to address the risks identified. To examine the occupational risks of family assistants, the theoretical part of this master’s thesis describes the services provided by a family assistant and responsibilities thereof, identifies occupational risks as well as provides an insight into the role and tasks of social services during the COVID-19 pandemic. The practical research of the master’s thesis describes the surveying of family assistants and provides information obtained during the interview with a focus group regarding the occupational risks faced by family assistants, including the occupational risks faced by family assistants during the emergency situation due to the COVID-19 virus. Information gained during the interviews with professionals is also reflected. In the conclusion of the thesis, recommendations to address the identified occupational risks are given.
