dc.description.abstractMērķis: Salīdzināt endokronu ar tradicionālajām restaurācijas iespējām endodontiski apstrādātu zobu ar smagu koronālu destrukciju atjaunošanai. Materiāli un metodes: PICO jautājums tika formulēts kā bāzes līnija, lai pētītu rakstus EBSCO Host un PubMed (MEDLINE) datubāzēs. Pēc rezultātu filtrēšanas šim literatūras apskatam kopumā tika atlasīts 31 dažāds raksts no dažādiem akadēmiskajiem žurnāliem. Rezultāti: Endokroni veikti dažādos veidos dažādās zobu protēzēs. Pieņemami rezultāti tika noteikti endokroniem premolāros un molāros zobos. Endokroniem var izmantot dažādus zobu sagatavošanas veidus; tomēr vislabākie rezultāti tika iegūti ar plakanu sadursavienojumu un 20° slīpām sadursavienojuma malām. Materiāla izvēle lielā mērā ir atkarīga no klīniskās situācijas, un katram materiāla veidam ir noteiktas priekšrocības un trūkumi Secinājumi: Endokroni ir parādījuši klīniskus panākumus premolāros un molārajos zobos. Priekšējo zobu protezēšana pēc un kodola restaurācijas joprojām ir labākā ārstēšanas izvēle endodontiski apstrādātiem zobiem ar smagu koronālu destrukciju.lv-LV
dc.description.abstractAim: To compare the endocrown to the conventional restorative options for the restoration of endodontically treated teeth with severe coronal destruction. Materials and Methods: A PICO question was formulated as a baseline to research articles in EBSCO Host and PubMed (MEDLINE) databases. After filtering the results, a total of 31 different articles from different academic journals were selected for this literature review. Results: Endocrowns performed in different ways in different dentition. Acceptable results were determined for endocrowns in premolar and molar teeth. Different types of tooth preparation can be used for endocrowns; however the best results were obtained from flat butt joint and 20° beveled butt joint margins. The choice of material is greatly dependent on the clinical situation and each type of material has specific advantages and disadvantages Conclusions: Endocrowns have shown clinical success in premolar and molar teeth. In anterior dentition, post-and-core restorations remain the best choice of treatment for endodontically treated teeth with severe coronal destruction.en-UK
