Abstract

VESELĀS UN DALĪTĀS METODES GREMDES LĒCIENĀ MĀCĪŠANAS EFEKTIVITĀTE BADMINTONĀ

Pētījums objekts: Mācīšanas metodika badmintonā. Pētījuma priekšmets: Mācīšanas metodikas ietekme uz gremdes lēcienā mācīšanu. Pētījuma bāze un subjekts: “BJC Daugmale” interešu izglītības badmintona grupas audzēkņi vecumā no 16 – 23 gadiem. Darba mērķis: Badmintona gremdes lēcienā dalītās un veselās metodes vingrinājumu kopumi un to efektivitātes izvērtējums. Hipotēze: Gremdes lēcienā apguve badmintonā ar dalīto mācīšanas metodi būs efektīvāka, kā veselā metode.

Bakalaura darba veicamie uzdevumi: • Izpētīt veselās un dalītās mācīšanas metodes badmintona gremdes lēcienā apguvi; • Izstrādāt un praksē aprobēt gremdes lēcienā mācīšanas vingrinājumu kopumus dalītai un veselai metodei; • Gremdes lēcienā ar dalīto un veselo mācīšanas metodi analīze pēc pielietoto vingrinājumu kopumiem.

Bakalaura darbā pielietotās metodes: • Literatūras un zinātnisko publikāciju izpēte un analīze; • Konstatējošais eksperiments; • Video analīze; • Matemātiskās statistikas metodes.

Aizstāvēšanai tiek izvirzīts: Vingrinājumu kopums gremdei lēcienā apguve badmintonā ar dalīto metodi.

Pētījuma rezultāti: Pētījuma laikā tika izveidots un praksē pielietots gremdes lēcienā mācīšanas vingrinājumu kopums dalītai un veselai metodei. Analizējot iegūtos rezultātus gremdes lēciena apguve ar veselo mācīšanas metodi par ~20% izrādījās efektīvāka, nekā dalītā mācīšanas metode. Pētījuma laikā tika noliegta izvirzītā pētījuma hipotēze.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF WHOLE AND SPLIT MOTHODS IN TEACHING JUMP SMASH IN BADMINTON

Research object: Teaching methodology in badminton. Research subject: The influence of teaching methods on learning the jump smash in badminton. Research base and subject: Students of the “BJC Daugmale” extracurricular badminton group aged 16 to 23 years. The purpose of this work: Exercise sets using the part and whole methods for the badminton jump smash and the evaluation of their effectiveness. Hypotesis: Learning the jump smash technique in badminton using the part teaching method will be more effective than using the whole method.

Objectives of the bachelor’s thesis: • Examine the whole and part teaching methods in the acquisition of the jump smash in badminton; • Develop and practically test sets of exercises for teaching the jump smash using both the part and whole teaching methods; • Analysis of the jump smash using part and whole teaching methods based on the sets of applied exercises.

Methods used in the bachelor thesis: • Review and analysis of literature and scientific publications; • Ascertaining experiment; • Video analysis; • Methods of mathematical statistics.

The following is submitted for bachelor’s thesis defense: Exercise set for learning the jump smash in badminton using the part-practice method. Results of the study: During the research, a set of jump smash training exercises was developed and practically applied using both the part and whole teaching methods. Analyzing the results, it was found that the acquisition of the jump smash technique using the whole method was approximately 20% more effective than with the part method. Consequently, the research hypothesis was disproved.
