Abstract

Darba tēma: bērnu aizsardzība no seksuālās vardarbības riskiem internetā. Izmantojot jaunas tehnoloģijas un internetu, arvien pieaug un izplatās bērnu pornogrāfija, kas satur attēlus un video, kuros redzama seksuāla vardarbība pret bērniem un citi īpaši smagi pret bērniem vērsti seksuālās vardarbības veidi, taču nodrošinot bērnu aizsardzību pret seksuālo vardarbību internetā un saukt pie atbildības vainīgās personas bieži vien ir problemātiski. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt bērnu aizsardzību no seksuālās vardarbības riskiem internetā un ar to saistītās problēmas, izzināt bērnu tiesības nodrošināšanai pret seksuālo vardarbību un seksuālās vardarbības riska faktorus, izveidot jaunu definīciju par seksuālo vardarbību un piedāvāt iespējamos veidus, kā efektīvāk apkarot to. Bakalaura darba struktūras pamatojums un izklāsts ir sekojošs: bakalaura darbā ir ievads, četras pamatnodaļas, kurām ir vairākas apakšnodaļās, secinājumi un priekšlikumi, izmantotās literatūras saraksts un pielikumi. Darbā izmantotās literatūras saraksts sastāv no 31 literatūras avota un 23 citiem informatīviem resursiem latviešu, krievu un angļu valodās, kā arī normatīvajiem aktiem. Darbs satur 60 lapas un 1 pielikumu.Theme of the work: children protection from the risks of sexual abuse on the Internet. With the use of new technologies and the Internet, child pornography, including images and videos of child sexual abuse and other forms of particularly serious sexual abuse of children, is growing and spreading, while ensuring that children are protected from sexual abuse on the Internet and prosecuting sexual abusers are often problematic. Aim of the work: To study the protection of children from the risks of sexual violence on the Internet and related problems, to find out the rights of children to sexual violence and the risk factors of sexual violence, to create a new definition of sexual violence and suggest possible ways to combat it more effectively. The rationale and outline of the structure of the bachelor's thesis is as follows: the bachelor's thesis has an introduction, four main chapters, which have several subchapters, conclusions and proposals, a list of references and appendices. The list of literature used in the work consists of 31 literature sources and 23 other informative resources in Latvian, Russian and English, as well as regulatory enactments. The work contains 60 pages and 1 appendix.
