Abstract
Studenta pētnieciskā darba temats – “Akūts apendicīts. Aktualitātes diagnostikā un ārstēšanā”. Pētnieciskā darba formāts – literatūras apskats.
Studenta pētnieciskā darba uzdevums bija analizēt jaunākos pieejamos pētījumus, kas veikti pēdējo 5 gadu (2014.-2019.gads) periodā, kas saistīti ar akūta apendicīta diagnostiku un ārstēšanu bērniem. Noskaidrot jaunākās diagnostikas iespējas bērniem ar aizdomām par akūtu apendicītu. Noskaidrot jaunākās ārstēšanas iespējas bērniem ar apstiprinātu akūta apendicīta diagnozi, vēršot uzmanību uz neķirurģisko akūta apendicīta ārstēšanu.
Informācijas izlases un atlases kritēriji tika atlasīti pēc atslēgas vārdiem: “acute appendicitis”, “children”,”pediatric”, “diagnostics”, “treatment”. Izmantotās datu bāzes: Science direct, EBSCO host, Clinical Key.
Darbs sastāv no ievada, pamatdaļas, secinājumiem un izmantotās literatūras saraksta. Pamatdaļa sadalīta 3 nodaļās: akūta apendicīta klasifikācija, incidence un klīniskās pazīmes; akūta apendicīta diagnostika; akūta apendicīta ārstēšana. Šīs 3 nodaļas ir sīkāk dalītas apakšnodaļās. Darbā apskatītas jaunākās akūta apendicīta pieejamās diagnostikas iespējas, apskatītas to kombinēšanas iespējas. Apskatītas jaunākās tendences akūta apendicīta neķirurģiskajā ārstēšanā. Analizētas antibakteriālās terapijas iespējas gan komplicēta, gan nekomplicēta akūta apendicīta gadījumā, kā arī apskatītas postoperatīvas antibakteriālas terapijas novitātēs.
Darbā izmantoti 29 literatūras avoti, darba apjoms ir 25 lapas.
The topic of the student's research work is “Acute appendicitis. Actualities in diagnostics and treatment”. Research type - literature review. The task of the student's research work was to analyse the latest available research in the last 5 years (2014-2019) related to the diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis in children. To find out the latest diagnostic possibilities for children with suspected acute appendicitis. To find out the latest treatment options for children with a confirmed diagnosis of acute appendicitis, focusing on non-surgical treatment of acute appendicitis. Information selection criteria were selected by keywords: “acute appendicitis”, “children”, “pediatric”, “diagnostics”, “treatment”. Databases used: Science direct, EBSCO host, Clinical Key. The work consists of an introduction, main part, conclusions and references. The main part is divided into 3 sections: classification, incidence and clinical signs of acute appendicitis; diagnosis of acute appendicitis; treatment of acute appendicitis. These 3 chapters are further subdivided into subsections. The paper deals with the latest diagnostic possibilities of acute appendicitis, the possibilities of their combination. Recent trends in non-surgical treatment of acute appendicitis are discussed. The possibilities of antibacterial therapy in both complicated and uncomplicated acute appendicitis are analysed, as well as the novelties of postoperative antibacterial therapy are considered. 29 literature sources are used in the work, number of pages: 25.
