Anotācija

Mutes profilakses pamatā ir regulāra un pareiza mutes higiēna, lai novērstu slimību veidošanos un nepārtraukti uzturētu labu mutes veselību. Kvalifikācijas darba nosaukums: “Mutes profilakse pusaudžiem”. Kvalifikācijas darba autore: Anastasija Baranovska Darbs sastāv no ievada, trijām nodaļām, diskusijas un secinājumiem. Darbā ir apskatīta un izpētīta mutes veselības aprūpē aktuāla tēma, kas saistīta ar mutes veselību pusaudžiem, tās ietekmējošiem un veicinošiem faktoriem, kā arī pašu pusaudžu attieksmi un paradumiem pret savu mutes veselību. Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis: Noskaidrot un analizēt mutes profilakses metodes un efektivitāti pusaudžiem, lai uzlabotu viņu mutes veselību. Pirmajā nodaļā ir izpētīti pusaudžu mutes veselības ietekmējošie faktori. Otrajā nodaļā tika izpētīti mājās un proefesionāli lietojamie fluorīdu līdzekļi profilaksē pusaudžiem. Darba trešajā daļā tika izpētīti izglītojošie un profilaktiskie pasākumi pusaudžu mutes veselības profilaksē. Diskusijas sadaļā ir neliels ieskats par kvalifikācijas darba literatūras apskatu un praktisko daļu. Pētījumā piedalījās 45 respondenti, vecumā no 10 līdz 18 gadiem, no kuriem vairākums, proti 35, bija sievietes. Anketa sastāvēja no 24 jautājumiem. Aptauja tika veikta elektroniski, pielietojot www.visidati.lv interneta resursu. Ar autores izstrādātu anketu, tikai noskaidrotas pusaudžu zināšanas un paradumi, kas skar mutes profilaksi. Iegūtie pētījuma dati parādīja, kaut gan pusaudža vecums ir ļoti atbildīgs posms dzīvē, lai mācītos un pilnveidotu pašaprūpi un iegūtu zināšanas, kuras spēs uzlabot mutes veselību, pusaudžu zināšanas nav pietiekami labas, lai viņi spētu paši kvalitatīvi parūpēties par savu mutes veselību. Veiksmīgai pusaudžu mutes profilaksei nepieciešams mainīt izglītojošo materiāla saturu un informācijas pasniegšanas veidu. Oral health prevention is based on regular and correct oral hygiene to prevent diseases and always maintain good oral health. Qualification title: "Oral health prevention for adolescence". Author of the qualification paper: Anastasija Baranovska The work consists of introduction,three parts, discussion and conclusions. The work examines and researches a topic of oral health care related to oral health among adolescence, influencing and contributing factors, as well as adolescence own attitudes and habits towards oral health. Objective of the qualification: To identify and analyze oral cavity prevention methods and effectiveness in adolescents to improve their oral health. The first chapter analyzes the factors affecting the oral health of adolescents. The second chapter explored the use of fluoride prophylaxis at home and professional prophylaxis in adolescents. In the third chapter of the work, educational and preventive measures in the field of adolescent oral health were studied. The discussion section provides an insight into the literature review and the practical part of the qualification paper. 45 respondents aged between 10 and 18 took part in the study, most of whom, 35 respondents, were women. The questionnaire included 24 questions. The survey was completed electronically using the internet resource www.visidati.lv. The questionnaire was developed by the author and was used only to find out the knowledge and habits of adolescents about oral health prevention. The obtained data showed that the adolescence age is a very responsible stage of life to learn and improve self-care and acquire knowledge that can improve oral health, because the knowledge of adolescence is not good enough to be able to properly take care of their oral health. In order to successfully carry out oral health prevention in the oral cavity of adolescents, it is necessary to change the content of educational materials and the way of presenting information.
