Kopsavilkums
fizioloģisko stāvokli, tiek aprakstīta viena no vienkāršākajām pēdas izmeklēšanas metodēm -
The work describes the physiological characteristics of the foot, allowing you to get more familiar with foot muscles, bones and blood supply system. believes that running in the human body not only the foot works, the work includes information on the biomechanics of long-distance running, gait cycle, and the importance of the torso during running. For the possible foot anatomical and physiological condition, one of the simplest foot examination methods is described - the method of plantography that I have come across during my studies, and from which I am gained more information which has helped me draw conclusions to improve after training recovery process. The work describes the negatives changes in the position of the foot that occur after long-distance running, however, by different authors studies provide a different interpretation of the longitudinal arch and transverse arch of the foot instead of size. A state is offered, but a solution is offered to evaluate deterioration of the condition of the foot during sports should be possible as soon as possible, and to achieve a better recovery of the condition of the foot.
