Abstract
Koncentrēšanās uz biomarķieru, precīzāk holesterīna, augsta blīvuma lipoproteīnu un zema blīvuma lipoproteīnu līmeņa asinīs lietošanu koronāro artēriju slimībās. Tās mērķis ir aprakstīt holesterīna un tā ceļu fizisko iegūšanu, noteikšanai pieejamās diagnostikas metodes un šādu mērījumu prognostisko un diagnostisko vērtību medicīniskajā praksē. Tas ir ieskats par pašreizējo pētniecības statusu, ar to saistītajām sekām un nākotnes gaidām saistībā ar visizplatītāko nāves cēloni visā pasaulē, kas pētījumos ir bijis ilgstoši uzmanības centrā.
A focus on the usage of biomarkers, more specifically blood plasma levels of cholesterol, high density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein, in coronary artery disease. It aims to describe the bodily acquirement of cholesterol and its pathways, the diagnostic techniques available for detection and the prognostic and diagnostic value of such measurements for medical practice. It is a insight on current research status, related implications and future expectations related to the most common cause of death worldwide, which has been a long standing center of attention in research.
