Abstract

Pēcoperāciju nozokomiālās infekcijas un antibateriālās rezistences izplatība Darbā ir aprakstītas biežākās infekcijas pēcoperāciju pacientiem, kā urīnceļu infekcijas, ķirurģisko brūču infekcijas, slimnīcā iegūtas pneimonijas un bakteriēmijas, to diagnosticēšana un ārstēšanas metodes un kā novērst nozokomiālo infekciju izplatību un attīstību. Apkopota literatūra par biežākajiem infekciozajiem patigēniem, kurus sastop pie nozokomiālajām infekcijām, to antibakteriālās rezistences mehānismi un kā novērst antibakteriālās rezistences attīstību.Elsberģis T. In this work are described most common infectious complications in postoperative patients as urinary tract infections, surgical site infections, hospital acquired pneumonia and bacteremia, diagnostics and treatments of nosocomial infections and also how to prevent spreading and development of nosocomial infections. Summarised literature about most common infectious pathogenes which are encountered in nosocomial infections, antbacterial resistance and development.
