Kopsavilkums
Šajā pētījumā tika veikta Hipomānijas aptaujas (HCL-33) adaptācija Latvijā, kas ir arī šī
pētījuma mērķis. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi, tika izcelti pieci pētījuma jautājumi un tiem
atbilstoši pieci pētījuma uzdevumi. Tie ir “Kāds ir adaptētās HCL-33 aptaujas iekšējās saskaņotības
rādītājs?”, “Kāda ir adaptētās HCL-33 aptaujas starpskalu korelācija?”, “Kādi ir adaptētās HCL-33
aptaujas reakcijas un diskriminācijas indeksi?”, “Kāda ir adaptētās HCL-33 aptaujas konstrukta
pamatotība?”, “Kādi ir adaptētās HCL-33 aptaujas re-testa rādītāji?”.
Konkrētais pētījums ir balstīts uz Jules Angst teoriju par hipomāniju, kas skaidro hipomāniju
kā būtisku un bieži nepamanītu bipolāro traucējumu simptomu, kas izpaužas ar paaugstinātu
enerģijas līmeni, paātrinātu domāšanu, samazinātu vajadzību pēc miega un uzlabotu pašsajūtu, bet
bez pilnvērtīgas mānijas vai psihotiskām pazīmēm (Feng et al., 2016).
Tika veikts kvantitatīvs pētījums, kurā piedalījās 165 respondenti vecumā no 18 līdz 59
gadiem (M = 28,35, SD = 8,95). Kur 53,90% bija sievietes. Šajā pētījumā tika izmantots viens
instruments, kas ir Hipomānijas aptauja (Hypomania Checklist-33, HCL-33; Feng et al., 2016).
Datu ievākšana notika ar Google Forms mājaslapas palīdzību, kurā tika izveidota tiešsaistes
aptauja, kā arī izveidots QR kods. Izveidotā aptauja tika publicēta tiešsaistes platformās, kā
Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp. Turpmāk iegūtie dati tika apkopoti Microsoft Excel un analizēti
IBM Statistics 29.0.0. versijas programmās.
Rezultātā tika aprēķināts, ka adaptētās HCL-33 aptaujas iekšējās saskaņotības rādītājs ir labs
(α = 0,81). Un adaptētās HCL-33 aptaujas starpskalu korelācija ir pozitīva un statistiski nozīmīga.
Turklāt, ka adaptētās aptaujas vairākums pantu iekļaujas reakcijas un diskriminācijas indeksa
robežās, t. i. 0,80-0,20. Šajās robežās neiekļāvās 10 panti. Kā arī adaptētā HCL-33 aptauja uzrādīja
labu konstrukta pamatotību ar četriem faktoriem. Un adaptētās HCL-33 aptaujas re-testa rādītāji
arī ir augsti, norādot, ka instruments mēra hipomāniju stabili laikā.
Tika secināts, ka adaptētā HCL-33 aptauja ir droša un pamatota, jo tā mēra tieši to pazīmi,
kurai tā sākotnēji bija izveidota. Kā arī faktoru analīze parādīja, ka visi apgalvojumi sadalījās četros
konkrētos faktoros. Rezultātā tika veikta sākotnējā jauna instrumenta adaptācija latviešu kultūrvidē.
In this study, the adaptation of the Hypomania Checklist (HCL-33) in Latvia was carried out, which is also the aim of this study. To achieve the aim of the study, five research questions were highlighted along with five corresponding research tasks. These are: “What is the internal consistency indicator of the adapted HCL-33 questionnaire?”, “What is the interscale correlation of the adapted HCL-33 questionnaire?”, “What are the response and discrimination indices of the adapted HCL-33 questionnaire?”, “What is the construct validity of the adapted HCL-33 questionnaire?”, “What are the retest indicators of the adapted HCL-33 questionnaire?” This study is based on Jules Angst’s theory of hypomania, which describes hypomania as a significant and often overlooked symptom of bipolar disorder. It manifests in elevated energy levels, accelerated thinking, reduced need for sleep, and an improved mood, but without full-blown mania or psychotic symptoms (Feng et al., 2016). A quantitative study was conducted with the participation of 165 respondents aged between 18 and 59 years (M = 28.35, SD = 8.95), of whom 53.90% were women. One instrument was used in this study, which is the Hypomania Checklist-33 (HCL-33; Feng et al., 2016). Data collection was carried out using the Google Forms website, where an online survey was created, as well as a QR code. The survey created was published on online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. The data obtained were then compiled in Microsoft Excel and analyzed using IBM Statistics version 29.0.0. As a result, it was calculated that the internal consistency indicator of the adapted HCL-33 questionnaire is good (α = 0.81). The interscale correlation of the adapted HCL-33 questionnaire is positive and statistically significant. Furthermore, most of the items of the adapted questionnaire fall within the limits of the response and discrimination indices, i.e., 0.80–0.20. Ten items did not fall within these limits. The questionnaire also demonstrated good construct validity, with four identified factors. Additionally, the test-retest reliability of the adapted HCL-33 was high. It was concluded that the adapted HCL-33 questionnaire is reliable and valid, as it measures exactly the characteristic it was originally designed to measure. Factor analysis also showed that all statements were distributed into four specific factors. As a result, an initial adaptation of the new instrument was adapted for the Latvian cultural context.
