Ievads. Personības iezīmes aleksitīmijas parādības ikdienā tiek novērotas pasaules iedzīvotāju vidū. Spēja nespēj identificēt un aprakstīt jūtas ir kļuvusi par svarīgu izmeklējamu jautājumu. Spēja izpētīt dažādus aleksitīmijas aspektus dod mums iespēju agri novērtēt un novērst garīgas slimības iznākumu gados jaunākiem cilvēkiem.
Mērķis. Šī pētījuma mērķis ir identificēt un atklāt, vai ir kādi ģenētiski, neirobioloģiski un vides faktori, kas provocē aleksitīmijas attīstību.
Metodes. Tika veikta meklēšana, izmantojot PubMed un Google Scholar datu bāzes. Iekļaušanas kritēriju piemērošana kā “uzticami instrumentu rīki”, “raksti angļu valodā” un “draugu un vecāku ietekme”. Izslēgšanas kritēriji ietver “skolotāju un radinieku ietekmi” un “pārskatus”. Izmantojot atslēgvārdus kā “alexithymia” vai “alexithymic”, tika iegūti 774 raksti. Pēc tam pievienojot atslēgvārdus kā “ģenētiska”, “vide”, “neirobioloģija” un “uzvedība”. Starp tiem pārskatīšanai bija piemēroti 67 raksti saskaņā ar iekļaušanas un izslēgšanas kritērijiem.
Rezultāti. Rezultāti parādīja, ka alexithymia ietekmē ģenētiskā, vides un neirobioloģija. Starp ģenētiskajiem faktoriem ir katehola O-metiltransferāzes gēnu polimorfisms, kā arī Val66Met un Drd2 / ANKK Tag IA. Starp vides faktoriem var minēt dzīves apstākļus, kā arī mātes aprūpi. Bērnībā pieredzēta slikta izturēšanās, seksuāla un fiziska vardarbība ir nozīmīgi riska faktori. Starp neirobioloģiskajiem faktoriem ir pierādīta, ka anomālijas priekšējā cingulāta garozā ir arī labās puslodes traumām.
Secinājumi. Šīs tēmas izpēte ir norādījusi uz ģenētisko ietekmi, kas parādīta dvīņu pētījumos, un, izmantojot labākas attēlveidošanas tehnoloģijas, varētu identificēt svarīgus datus par dažādu smadzeņu struktūru darbību, iesaistot emocionālos procesus. Vissvarīgākais, ka mēs varam ap-galvot, ka vides faktori kā ģimenes jautājumi, pieaugot lauku apvidos, ģimenes ekonomika un izglītības līmenis, var tikt prognozēti kā riska faktori.
Introduction. The phenomena of the personality trait alexithymia is seen everyday among the world’s population. The ability to not be able to identify and describing feelings have become an important issue to investigate. The ability to investigate different aspects of alexithymia gives us the opportunity to early assess and prevent the outcome of mental illness in younger population. Aim. The aim of this research paper is to identify and discover if there is any genetical, neu-robiological and environmental factors that provoke the development of alexithymia. Methods. A search was performed using PubMed and Google Scholar databases. Applying inclusion criteria as” reliable instrument tools”,” articles in English” and” influence of friends and parents”. Exclusion criteria includes” influence of teachers and relatives” and” reviews”. Using keywords as” alexithymia” or” alexithymic” a number of 774 articles were obtained. Then adding keyword as “genetic”, “environment”,” neurobiology” and” behavior”. Among them 67 articles were eligible for the review, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results. The results have shown that alexithymia is influenced of genetic, environment and neurobiology. Among the genetic factors are the gene polymorphism of catechol O-methyltransferase as well Val66Met and Drd2/ANKK Tag IA most prominent. Among the environmental factors are living conditions as well maternal care. Childhood experience of maltreatment, sexual and physical abuse are significant risk factors. Among neurobiological factors abnormalities in anterior cingulate cortex likewise injuries to right hemisphere have shown to have an importance. Conclusions. Research on this topic has indicated a genetic influence, shown in twin studies and, with the help of better imaging technologies, important data on the functioning of the different brain structures involving emotional processes could be identified. Most important-ly we can state that environmental factors as familial issues as growing up in rural areas, fam-ily economy and educational levels can be predicted as risk factors.
