Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir „Publisko iepirkumu komisijas locekļa tiesības un pienākumi”.
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt iepirkuma komisijas locekļu tiesības un pienākumus publisko iepirkumu jomā, identificēt tiesiskā regulējuma nepilnības un sniegt priekšlikumus konstatēto nepilnību novēršanai..
Bakalaura darbs strukturēts šādi: ievads, trīs nodaļas, kā arī vairākas apakšnodaļas un darba noslēgumā iegūtie secinājumi un izvirzītie priekšlikumi. Bakalaura darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīts publisko iepirkumu tiesiskais regulējums un pētīti publisko iepirkumu principi, otrajā nodaļā tiek apskatīts iepirkuma komisijas izveidošanas pamats un iepirkuma komisijas darbība, savukārt, trešajā nodaļā autore pēta iepirkuma komisijas atbildību iepirkuma norises laikā un administratīvās atbildības par pārkāpumiem publisko iepirkumu jomā iestāšanās pamatu.
Izstrādājot bakalaura darbu analizēti nacionālie tiesību akti, starptautiskie tiesību akti, Latvijas un Eiropas Savienības tiesu prakse, Iepirkumu uzraudzības biroja skaidrojumi, ieteikumi un iesniegumu izskatīšanas komisijas lēmumi, interneta resursi, pētījumi un publikācijas darba tēmas ietvaros, kā arī literatūra. Vienlaikus darbā izmantoti Latvijas tiesību jomā atzītu tiesību zinātnieku un juristu publikācijas un pētījumi.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study the rights and obligations of the members of the procurement commission in the field of public procurement, to identify the shortcomings of the legal framework and to provide proposals for the elimination of the identified shortcomings. The bachelor's thesis is structured as follows: introduction, three chapters, as well as several sub-chapters and the conclusions and proposals obtained at the end of the work. The first chapter describes the legal regulation of public procurement and studies the principles of public procurement, the second chapter examines the basis for the establishment of the procurement commission and the operation of the procurement commission, while the third chapter examines the procurement commission's liability basis. During the elaboration of the bachelor's thesis, national legal acts, international legal acts, Latvian and European Union case law, explanations of the Procurement Monitoring Bureau, recommendations and decisions of the application review commission, Internet resources, research and publications within the topic, as well as literature were analyzed. At the same time, publications and researches of Latvian legal scholars and lawyers have been used in the work.
