Bronhiālā astma un mutes veselība

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darbs izstrādāts par tēmu “Bronhiālā astma un mutes veselība”. Kvalifikācijas darba autore ir Linda Belova. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un izanalizēt bronhiālās astmas pacientu zināšanas par mutes veselību. Kvalifikācijas darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs teorētiskās daļas nodaļām, pētnieciskās daļas, diskusijas daļas un secinājumiem. Kvalifikācijas darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek apskatītas bronhiālās astmas saistība ar zobu un mutes veselību, inhalējamo medikamentu ietekmi, saslimšanām un profilaktiskajiem pasākumiem. Kvalifikācijas darba pētnieciskajā daļā tika apkopoti visi aptaujas rezultāti, kas sastāvēja no 13 jautājumiem. Rezultāti tika apkopoti un attēloti grafiski – diagrammu veidā. Teorētiskās daļas pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta bronhiālās astmas medikamentu ietekme uz mutes veselību. Otrajā daļā aplūkojami astmas medikamentu izraisītie simptomi un saslimšanas. Trešā daļa tiek veltīta profilaktiskajiem pasākumiem bronhiālās astmas pacientiem. Pētījuma daļā tiek apkopoti iegūtie aptaujas rezultāti un izanalizēti, pamatojoties uz izvirzīto darba hipotēzi. Kvalifikācijas darba diskusijas daļā tiek pamatota tēmas aktualitāte un izcelts nozīmīgākais no teorētiskās daļas un pētījuma daļas iegūtajiem rezultātiem. Iegūtie kvalifikācijas pētījuma dati liecina, ka bronhiālās astmas pacientiem ir nepieciešams sniegt padziļinātāku informāciju par iespējamajām astmas blakus saslimšanām, to novēršanu un profilaktiskajiem pasākumiem.Qualification work theme: “Bronchial asthma and oral health”. The author of the qualification work is Linda Belova. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters of the theoretical part, a research part, a discussion part and conclusions. The connection of bronchial asthma with dental and oral health, the effects of inhaled medications, illnesses and preventive measures are discussed in the theoretical part of the qualification work. In the research part of the qualification work, all survey results were collected, which consisted of 13 questions. The results were summarized and presented graphically - in the form of diagrams. Objective of the study: To research and analyze the knowledge of bronchial asthma patients about oral health. The first chapter of theoretical part examines the effect of bronchial asthma medications on oral health. The second part deals with the symptoms and illnesses caused by asthma medications. The third part is devoted to preventive measures for patients with bronchial asthma. In the research part, the obtained survey results are collected and analyzed based on the work hypothesis. In the discussion part of the qualification work, the actuality of the topic is substantiated and the most significant results obtained from the theoretical part and the research part are highlighted. The obtained data of the qualification study show that bronchial asthma patients need to be provided with more in-depth information about the possible co-morbidities of asthma, their prevention and preventive measures.
