Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Stacionāros strādājošo māsu profesionālās kompetences
komponentu pašnovērtējums”.
Pētījuma mērķis: Noskaidrot stacionāros strādājošo jauno un ekspertu māsu
profesionālās kompetences komponentu pašnovērtējumu.
Pētījuma mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvēlēts kvantitatīvs neeksperimentāls šķērsgriezuma
salīdzinošs pētījums un veikta 202 respondentu anketēšana stacionāros, izmantojot izstrādātu
instrumentu “Māsu profesionālās kompetences komponentu pašnovērtējuma skala” no Rīgas
Stradiņa universitātes, psiholoģijas laboratorijas, testu un aptauju reģistra. Instrumentam ir
iegūta atļauja no Leino-Kipli H. Adaptēta latviskotā versija bija pieejama psiholoģijas
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is “Self-assessment of the components of professional competence of nurses working in hospitals”. Research objective: To determine the self-assessment of professional competence components among novice and expert nurses working in hospitals. To achieve the study's objective, a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional comparative study was conducted, surveying 202 respondents in hospitals using the "Nurses' Professional Competence Components Self-Assessment Scale" developed by the Riga Stradiņš University's Psychology Laboratory, tests and surveys registry. Permission was obtained from Leino-Kippli H. An adapted Latvian version was available in the psychology laboratory. The sample included novice and expert nurses from Latvia’s Level V specialized medical institutions, selected through purposive sampling methods. The study provides insights into the self-assessment of professional competence components among novice and expert nurses in Latvia. It also explores how the use of nurses' self-assessment competencies affects in the day-to-day exercise of nursing duties. The study's hypothesis has been rejected because, there are differences in self-assessment between in-patient expert and young nurse occupational competence components, it has been generally assessed to be quite good.
