Abstract
The clinical case report describes the diagnosis of Wilson's disease in a patient who had been experiencing complaints of amenorrhea, mood swings, and hand tremors for approximately 10 years, as well as showing altered liver function test results in her blood work. The patient was admitted in an acute condition with sepsis and multi-organ dysfunction, and for most of the hospitalization, her diagnosis was unclear. Through targeted and in-depth investigations, laboratory tests, and genetic analysis, Wilson's disease was diagnosed in the patient. The patient is currently taking copper-chelating medication and, as a result, her menstrual cycle disorders are resolved, and she has had a successful pregnancy and delivery.
