Kopsavilkums
Darba mērķis – novērtēt traumu īpatnības 2024.gada sezonas Latvijas futbola Virslīgas spēlētājiem.
Pētījuma objekts – traumatisms futbola klubos 2024.gada Latvijas Virslīgas čempionātā.
Pētījuma priekšmets – traumu raksturlielumi treniņu un sacensību laikā.
Pētījuma subjekti – Latvijas futbola Virslīgas klubu spēlētāji.
Uzdevumi:
1. Novērtēt traumu veidu, lokalizāciju, bojāto audu biežumu
2. Novērtēt traumu īpatnības pa vecuma grupām
3. Novērtēt traumu īpatnības sacensību un treniņu laikā
4. Novērtēt akūtu un pārslodzes traumu īpatnības
Metodes:
The aim of the study was to assess injury characteristics in Latvian football players of the 2024 season. The object of the study - injuries in football clubs in the 2024 Latvian Virsliga championship. The subject of the study is injury characteristics during training and competition. Subjects - players of Latvian football clubs. Tasks: 1. Assess the type of injury, localisation, frequency of damaged tissue 2. Assess injury patterns by age group 3. Assess injury patterns during competition and training 4. Assess the characteristics of acute and overuse injuries Methods: Research and analysis of scientific literature Survey - Questionnaire Mathematical and statistical analysis Keywords: injury, men's football, Latvian Premier League The hypothesis is robust because the data that apply to it are statistically significant: severe injuries - tears and fractures - are most commonly sustained in competition, are age-related, and the older the footballer, the more frequent the acute injury. Conclusions: 1. Ligament, tendon and muscle injuries were more common in the study sample, predominantly in the lower limbs. Sprains and tears are the most common types of injury. 2. The data show that the frequency and severity of injuries to the lower leg, knee and foot - tears and fractures - increase with age; ankle, groin and lower back injuries are the most common injuries in younger athletes, mostly sprains. The older the athlete, the more frequent the acute injury. These results are statistically significant. Age is not a statistically significant risk factor for contact and non-contact injuries. 3. The study sample showed that ankle and foot injuries are more common in competition and shin and groin injuries in training, but knee injuries are equally common in both activities. Overuse injuries to the groin and shin predominate in training. These results are statistically significant. The proportion of non-contact injuries in competition and training is not statistically confirmed.
