Abstract
Pētnieciskā darba “Farmaceitu un farmaceita asistentu tālākizglītības novērtēšana” mērķis ir novērtēt un analizēt Latvijas farmācijas speciālistu tālākizglītības pasākumus Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā; viedokli par tālākizglītības pasākumiem klātienē un attālināti, kā arī novērtēt, vai pastāv atšķirība starp farmaceitu un farmaceita asistentu viedokli un novērtējumu. Tika analizēta pieejama literatūra, kā arī tika iegūti dati ar anonīmas anketas palīdzību un aptaujāti cilvēki no dažādiem aptieku tikliem, no dažādiem Latvijas pilsētām un ar atšķirīgu darba stāžu aptiekā.
Pētījuma rezultāta ir secināts, ka nav būtiskās atšķirības starp iegūto profesiju, darba stāžu un darba dēvēju. Kopumā vidējais novērtējums ir 6,6 skalā no 1 līdz 10.
The aim of the research work “Assesment of continuing education of pharmacists and pharmacist assistants” is to evaluate and analyze the continuing education activities of Latvian pharmaceutical specialists during the Covid-19 pandemic; the opinion on continuing education activities in person and remotely, as well as to assess whether there is a difference between the opinion and assessment of pharmacists and pharmacist assistants. The available literature was analyzed, as well as data were obtained with the help of an anonymous questionnaire and people from different pharmacy chains, from different Latvian cities and with different length of service in the pharmacy were interviewed. The result of the study concluded that there is no significant difference between the acquired profession, length of Service and the employer. In general, the average score is 6.6 on a scale of 1 to 10.
