The attitude of alcoholic beverages in young people of twelfth class

Abstract

Darbs nodrošina pilnvērtīgāku dzīvi un palīdz apmierināt visas aktuālas vajadzības cilvēkiem ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem: iespēja pārvarēt nabadzības risku; apmierināt vismaz elementāras materiālas vajadzības; sniedz drošības sajutu; dod saskarsmes iespējas; ceļ pašapziņu; dod iespēju cilvēkam būt neatkarīgam un pašrealizēties (Kāpiņa, 2006). Cilvēkiem ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem svarīgāka vajadzība ir sociāli emocionālais atbalsts – saprotoši, pozitīvi noskaņoti kolēģi un vadītājs, jeb darbs psiholoģiska komforta apstākļos (Putniņa un citi, 2017). Bakalaura darba pētījuma mērķis bija noteikt garīgi slimo cilvēku integrācijas iespējas darba tirgū no darba devēja viedokļa ir sasniegts. Mērķa sasniegšanai bija izvirzīta hipotēze “Garīgi slimo cilvēku integrācijas iespējas darba tirgū ir ierobežotas”. Pēc pētījuma rezultātu analizēšanas bakalaura darbā izvirzītā hipotēze – garīgi slimo cilvēku integrācijas iespējas darba tirgū ir ierobežotas – apstiprinājusies. Pētījuma metodei bija izmantots darba autores sastādīts daļēji strukturēts intervijas plāns. Intervijas plānā bija iekļauti 10 jautājumi, ar mērķi uzzināt respondentu attieksmi par iespēju nodarbināt cilvēkus ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem.Work ensures a fuller life and helps to meet all the current needs of people with mental disorders: the opportunity to overcome the risk of poverty; meet at least basic material needs; provides a sense of security; gives communication opportunities; raises self-confidence; enables a person to be independent and self-realized (Kāpiņa, 2006). For people with mental disorders, the most important need is socially emotional support - understanding, positive-minded colleagues and manager, or work in conditions of psychological comfort (Putniņa et al., 2017). The aim of the bachelor's thesis research to determine the opportunities of integration of mentally ill people into the labor market from the employer's point of view is achieved. To achieve the aim, the hypothesis “The integration of mentally ill people into the labor market is limited” was put forward. After analyzing the results of the research, the hypothesis put forward in the bachelor's thesis - the opportunities of integration of mentally ill people into the labor market are limited - has been confirmed. A partially structured interview plan compiled by the author of the paper was used as the method of research. The interview plan included 10 questions with the aim to find out the respondents' attitude about the opportunity to employ people with mental disorders.
