Abstract
Maģistra darbs “Zaļais publiskais iepirkuma kā publiskā iepirkuma tiesību institūts”, sastāv no trīs nodaļām un septiņām apakšnodaļām. Darbā tiek analizēti jēdzieni “publiskais iepirkums” un “zaļais publiskais iepirkums” to būtība. Darbā tie pētīts zaļā publiskā iepirkuma normatīvais regulējums, ārvalstu un nacionālā prakse, tās attīstība. Analizētas zaļā publiskā iepirkuma prasības un kritēriji un to piemērošanas kārtība publiskā iepirkuma ietvaros. Kā arī analizēta zaļā publiskā iepirkuma līguma izpilde un tiesiskā atbildība.
Darba tēmas aktualitāte ir saistāma netikai ar politisko iniciatīvu integrēšanu, publiskajos iepirkumos, vienotu Eiropas Savienības “zaļo” mērķu sasniegšanai, bet arī ar zaļā publiskā iepirkuma tiesiskā regulējuma interpretācijas, dokumentācijas, tiesisko attiecību nodibināšanas, līguma izpildes un tiesiskās atbildības problemātiku.
Maģistra darba nobeigumā apkopoti galvenie secinājumi un piedāvāti priekšlikumi.

The master's thesis "Green public procurement as a public procurement law institute" consists of three chapters and seven subsections. The work analyzes the concepts of "public procurement" and "green public procurement" and their essence. The normative regulation of green public procurement, foreign and national practices, and its development are studied in the work. Analyzed the requirements and criteria of green public procurement and the procedure for their application within the framework of public procurement. As well as analyzed the execution of the green public procurement contract and legal liability. The topicality of the topic of the work is related not only to the integration of political initiatives, in public procurement, for the achievement of common "green" goals of the European Union, but also to the problems of interpretation, documentation, establishment of legal relations, contract execution and legal liability of the legal regulation of green public procurement. At the end of the master's thesis, the main conclusions and proposed proposals are summarized.
