Mutes dobuma leikoplakija – simptomi, klīniskās izpausmes, ārstēšana, asociācija ar mutes dobuma vēzi

Abstract

Šajā zinātniski pētnieciskajā darbā ir aplūkoti mutes dobuma leikoplakijas veidi, aprakstīta biežākā mutes dobuma leikoplakijas histoloģiskā uzbūve, lokalizācija un izpausme mutes dobumā, tiek aprakstīti ārējie un iekšējie etioloģiskie faktori, kuri ietekmē tas attīstību un malignizāciju. Autore aprakstīja metodes, ar kuru palīdzību var laicīgi diagnosticēt un ārstēt mutes dobuma leikoplakiju, ka arī veica retrospektīvu pētījumu- gadījumu sēriju analīzi, balstoties uz Paula Stradiņa Klīniskās universitātātes slimnīcas datiem.In the present scientific research paper the author has described different types of oral leukoplakia, outlined the most common histological structures, localization and manifestation of oral leukoplakia, characterized the external and internal etiological factors that influence it's development and malignancy. The author has described the methods by which oral leukoplakia can be diagnosed and treated in time, as well the author has performed the analysis of retrospective study-case series based on the data of Paul Stradins Clinical University Hospital.
