Resocializācija kā līdzeklis ar brīvības atņemšanu notiesātā atgriešanai sabiedrībā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Resocializācija kā līdzeklis ar brīvības atņemšanu notiesātā atgriešanai sabiedrībā” ietvaros tiek apskatīts gan resocializācijas tiesiskais regulējums, gan tā nepilnības, kā arī tiek sniegts nozares ekspertu vērtējums par resocializācijas procesa gaitu. Bakalaura darbā tika analizētas tiesību normas, pētīta kārtība, kā resocializācija tiek īstenota, tika veikta nozares ekspertu interviju analīze un statistikas datu apkopojums. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, piecām nodaļām un nobeiguma. Pirmajā nodaļā skaidrots jēdziens “resocializācija”. Otrajā nodaļā aprakstīti un analizēti tiesiskie regulējumi resocializācijas jautājumā. Trešajā nodaļā aprakstīts ar brīvības atņemšanas notiesāto personu resocializācijas process, kādi ir resocializācijas līdzekļi. Ceturtajā nodaļā aprakstīta ārvalstu prakse notiesāto personu resocializācijā. Piektajā nodaļā aprakstīts un analizēts nozares ekspertu viedoklis par resocializāciju kā līdzekli notiesāto personu atgriešanai sabiedrībā. Nobeigumā ir norādīti galvenie secinājumi un atziņas, apkopotas galvenās problēmas un sniegti priekšlikumi resocializācijas procesa uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darba gaitā ir izmantota gan latviešu, gan ārzemju literatūra, tiesību zinātņu ekspertu publikācijas, tiesību akti.The Bachelor’s thesis “Resocialization as a tool of integrating convicts back into society” is devoted to the research of the legal and practical aspects of resocialization of convicts, as well as legal regulations’ shortcomings. The Bachelor’s work provides analysis of legal norms, the procedure of resocialization, the opinion of industry experts and statistical data. The Bachelor's thesis consists of an introduction, five chapters and conclusion. The first chapter explains the concept of "resocialization". The second chapter describes and analyzes the legal regulations on the issue of resocialization. The third chapter describes the process of resocialization of convicts that are sentenced to imprisonment, as well as means of resocialization. The fourth chapter describes foreign practice in the resocialization of convicted persons. The fifth chapter describes and analyzes the opinion of industry experts on resocialization as a tool of integrating convicts back into society. In conclusion, the main inferences and findings are presented, the main problems are summarized and suggestions for improving the resocialization process are provided. In the course of the bachelor's thesis, both Latvian and foreign literature, publications of legal experts and legal acts have been used.
