Abstract
Sekundāro farmakoterapijas inducēto kardiomiopātiju sastopamība onkoloģijā ir nozīmīgs pētījuma jautājums, ņemot vērā onkoloģisko slimību ārstēšanas panākumus un to iespējamo ietekmi uz sirds veselību. Šī darba mērķis ir izpētīt sekundāro farmakoterapijas inducēto kardiomiopātiju sastopamību onkoloģijā, to patofizioloģiju, incidenci un iespējamās kardioprotektīvas stratēģijas. Pētījumā tika analizēta literatūra par sekundāro farmakoterapijas inducēto kardiomiopātiju, identificēti galvenie ķīmijterapijas līdzekļi, kas saistīti ar kardiomiopātijas attīstību, un izpētīti to patofizioloģiskie mehānismi. Tika analizēti kardiomiopātijas incidences dati dažādās ķīmijterapijas līdzekļu grupās un aprakstītas mūsdienu pieejas sekundāro farmakoterapijas inducētas kardiomiopātijas kardioprotektīvām stratēģijām. Darbs veicina izpratni par šīs komplikācijas novērtēšanu, patofizioloģiju un incidenci kardio-onkoloģijas praksē.
The prevalence of secondary pharmacotherapy-induced cardiomyopathy in oncology is a significant research question, considering the success in treating oncological diseases and their potential impact on heart health. The aim of this work is to explore the prevalence, pathophysiology, incidence, and possible cardioprotective strategies of secondary pharmacotherapy-induced cardiomyopathy in oncology. The study analyzed literature on secondary pharmacotherapy-induced cardiomyopathy, identified the main chemotherapy agents associated with the development of cardiomyopathy, and investigated their pathophysiological mechanisms. The incidence data of cardiomyopathy across different chemotherapy agent groups were analyzed, and modern approaches to the cardioprotective strategies of secondary pharmacotherapy-induced cardiomyopathy were described. This work contributes to the understanding of the evaluation, pathophysiology, and incidence of this complication in cardio-oncology practice.
