Hematoloģisko slimību pazīmes mutes dobumā

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis: Apkopot hematoloģisko slimību izpausmes mutes dobumā, balstoties uz jaunāko, zinātniskajā literatūrā publicēto informāciju. Tika meklēti: sistēmiskie pārskati, randomizēti pētījumi, prospektīvi pētījumi un grāmatu nodaļas par atbilstošo tēmu laika intervālā no 1991 gada līdz 2020 gadam. Metodes: meklēšana tika veikta angļu valodā, un tā iekļāva sekojošus atslēgas vārdus: Oral manifestations. Hematologic disease, Thrombocytopenia, Hemophilia, Langerhans cell histiocytosis, Neutropenia, Lymphomas, Leukemia, Iron-deficiency anemia, Vitamin B12 deficiency, Thalassemia. Galvenie pētījuma secinājumi: 1. Trombocitopēnijas biežākas izpausmes mutes dobumā ir patehijas, ekhimozes un spontāna asiņošana. 2. Hemofīlijas biežākas izpausmes mutes dobumā ir spontāna lūpas saitītes, mēles vai vaigu gļotādas asiņošana. 3. Langerhansa šūnu histocitozes biežākas izpausmes mutes dobumā ir alveolāra kaula bojājums posterior mandibula rajonā un patoloģisks zobu kustīgums. 4. Neitropenijas biežākas izpausmes mutes dobumā ir gingivīts, stomatīts un/vai vairākas gļotādas čūlas. 5. Limfomas biežākas izpausmes mutes dobumā ir asimptomātisks mīksts pietūkumu ar vai bez čūlas. 6. Leikēmijas biežākas izpausmes mutes dobumā ir smaganu asiņošana, čūlas un smaganu hiperplāzija. 7. Dzelzs deficīta anēmijas un B12 vitamīna anēmijas biežākas izpausmes mutes dobumā ir izteikts gļotādas bālums, gļotādas dedzinoša sajūta, atrofiskais glosīts. 8. Talasēmijas biežākas izpausmes mutes dobumā ir izteikts gļotādas bālums, gļotādas dedzinoša sajūta, augšžokļa protrūzija, incisīvu proinklinācija, kas veido “putnu seju”. Iegūtos darba rezultātus var izmantot hematoloģisko slimību noteikšanai. Searched for: systematic reviews, randomized studies, prospective studies, and book chapters on a relevant topic from 1991 to 2020. Methods: The search was conducted in English and included the following keywords: Oral manifestations. Hematologic disease, Thrombocytopenia, Hemophilia, Langerhans cell histiocytosis, Neutropenia, Lymphomas, Leukemia, Iron-deficiency anemia, Vitamin B12 deficiency, Thalassemia. The main conclusions of the study: 1. The most common oral manifestations of thrombocytopenia are patehia, ecchymosis and spontaneous bleeding. 2. The most common oral manifestations of haemophilia are spontaneous bleeding from the frenulum of lower lip, tongue or cheek. 3. The most common oral manifestations of Langerhans cell histocytosis are alveolar bone damage in the body mandible region and abnormal tooth mobility. 4. The most common oral manifestations of neutropenia are gingivitis, stomatitis and / or multiple mucosal ulcers. 5. The most common oral manifestations of lymphoma vity are asymptomatic soft swelling with or without an ulcer. 6. The most common oral manifestations of leukemia are bleeding gums, ulcers and gingival hyperplasia. 7. The most common oral manifestations of iron deficiency anemia and vitamin B12 anemia are marked mucosal paleness, burning sensation of the mucosa, atrophic glossitis. 8. The most common oral manifestations of thalassemia are a pronounced pallor of the mucous membranes, a burning mouth syndrome, protrusion of the upper jaw, incisive proinclination, which forms the “chipmunk face”. The results obtained can be used for the detection of haematological diseases. The results of this work can be used to determine the manifestations of diseases and their frequency among patients with hematological diseases in Latvia.
