Audžuģimeņu institūta tiesiskais regulējums Latvijas Republikā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba ietvaros tika izpētīta tēma “Audžuģimeņu institūta tiesiskais regulējums Latvijas Republikā”. Audžuģimene ir viens no ārpusģimenes aprūpes veidiem, kura nodrošina bērnam to, kas nav – ģimeniskā vide. Taču šobrīd Latvijā ir nepietiekams audžuģimeņu skaits, kā rezultātā netiek īstenotas katra bērna tiesības būt ģimenē. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizējot audžuģimeņu tiesisko regulējumu pētījuma rezultātā izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt iespējamos priekšlikumus audžuģimeņu institūta pilnveidei. Darbs kopumā sastāv no trīs nodaļām un deviņām apakšnodaļām, kurās tiek izpētīts, kā notiek audžuģimeņu statusa piešķiršana, atņemšana un izbeigšana. Kā arī audžuģimeņu tiesības, pienākumus un tās sadarbība ar bāriņtiesām un atbalsta centriem. Bakalaura darba izstrādē darba autore izmantoja 71 dažādus izziņas avotus.The bachelor’s thesis explores the topic “Legal Regulation of the Institute of foster families in Republic in Latvija”. Foster family is on of the types out – of – home care that provides children with what they lack – a family enviroment. However, currently in Latvia there is an insufficient number of foster families. Consequently, the inalienable right of every child to be in a family is not implemented. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to draw conclusions based on the analysis of the legal regulation of foster families and to provide possible proposals for the improvement of the institute of foster families. The paper consists of three chapters and nine subsections that examine the process of granting, withdrawing, and terminating the foster family status. Furthermore, the rights and responsibilities of foster families, and their cooperation with orphans' courts and support centres are analysed. The bachelor’s thesis builds on 71 different sources.
