Statisko endodontisko gidu izmantošana kanālu oblitērāciju gadījumos endodontijas speciālistu starpā Baltijas valstīs

Abstract

Šī pētnieciskā darba mērķis ir izveidot literatūras pārskatu par statisko endodontisko gidu izmantošanu kanālu obliterāciju gadījumos, izmantojot jaunāko pieejamo zinātnisko literatūru. Lai to panāktu, tika analizēti 23 raksti. Rezultātā tika secināts, ka statisko endodontisko gidu pielietošanai ir dažādi ieguvumi un trūkumi un ka ir nepieciešami klīniskie pētījumi ar ilgtermiņa ārstēšanas rezultātu novērošanas periodu, lai būtu iespējams veikt secinājumus par to vai pielietošanas ieguvumi spēj atsvērt trūkumus.The aim of this research paper is to create a literature review on the use of static endodontic guides in cases of canal obliteration, using the latest available scientific literature. To achieve this, 23 articles were analyzed. As a result, it was concluded that the use of static endodontic guides has various advantages and disadvantages and that clinical studies with a long-term observation period of treatment results are needed to make it possible to draw conclusions about whether the benefits of use outweigh the disadvantages.
