Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēmas “Nepilsoņu statuss Latvijā” aktualitāte pamatojama ar to, ka ievērojama Latvijas valsts sabiedrības daļa ir Latvijas nepilsoņi. Šis statuss vienmēr atgādina par vēstures grūtajiem laikiem un joprojām sašķeļ sabiedrību. Bakalaura darbā ir 5 nodaļas, kurās darba autore pēta bakalaura darba tēmas gan vēsturisko, gan tiesisko aspektu. Bakalaura darba mērķis: pētot Latvijas nepilsoņa statusa būtību un tā tiesisko regulējumu, secināt, vai nepilsoņa statuss ir noderīgs statuss Latvijā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus konstatēto problēmu atrisināšanai. Bakalaura darbā identificētās problēmas: Nepilsoņu statuss veic Latvijas sabiedrības sašķeltību, kuras dēļ sabiedrība nevar saliedēties, lai kopā veicinātu Latvijas valsts attīstību. Pētījuma rezultāti: darba nobeigumā ir sniegti priekšlikumi, kas varētu atrisināt konstatētās problēmas, pateicoties autores aktuālai analīzei par nepilsoņa statusa būtību. This status is always reminiscent of the difficult times of history and still divides society. There are 5 chapters in the bachelor's thesis, in which the author researches both the historical and legal aspects of the bachelor's thesis. Aim of the Bachelor's thesis: by studying the essence of the status of a non-citizen of Latvia and its legal regulation, to conclude whether the status of a non-citizen is a useful status in Latvia and to develop suggestions for solving the identified problems. Problems identified in the Bachelor's thesis: The status of non-citizens divides the Latvian society, due to which the society cannot unite in order to promote the development of the Latvian state together.
