Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Mazo, vidējo uzņēmumu attīstības problēmas Vidzemes plānošanas reģionā” mērķis ir izpētīt mazo un videjo uzņēmumu attīstības gaitu Vidzemes plānošanas reģiona pārstāvētajos novados un noskaidrot ar kādām attīstības problēmām saskaras Vidzemes reģiona MVU. Bakalaura darba teorijas daļā ir apskatīta pieejamā informācija [statistika, pētījumi un zinātniski – analītiskie avoti] par mazo un vidējo uzņēmumu attīstības procesiem un tipiskākajiem izaicinājumiem. Tiek apkopota informācija par MVU statistiku, nodarbinātību, attīstības problēmām un uzņēmējdarbības tendencēm Eiropas Savienībā, Latvijā un Vidzemes reģionā. Bakalaura pētnieciskajā daļā aprakstītas izmantotās pētniecības metodes – daļēji strukturēta intervija, kura ir kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode un daļēji strukturēta aptauja, kura ir kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode. Ar daļēji strukturētās intervijas palīdzību tiek intervēts Vidzemes plānošanas reģiona uzņēmējdarbības speciālists, lai noskaidrotu VPR stratēģiju uz Vidzemes reģiona MVU. Ar daļēji strukturētu aptauju tiek aptaujāti Vidzemes reģiona MVU, lai noskaidrotu, kādas nozares uzņēmumi aptver, kādi ir plusi un mīnusi attīstot uzņēmumu Vidzemes reģionā un kā VPR sniedz atbalstu uzņēmumiem. Darba nobeigumā tiek veikti secinājumi par uzņēmumiem, kuriem ir labvēlīgākie apstākļi Vidzemes reģionā, noskaidrotas galvenās attīstības problēmas, ar kurām saskaras Vidzemes reģiona MVU Bakalaura darbs rakstīts latviešu valodā un noformēts uz 54 lappusēm. Tas sastāv no anotācijas latviešu un angļu valodā, satura, terminu un jēdzienu skaidrojuma, ievada, 6 nodaļām, 14 apakšnodaļām, 13 attēliem, 2 tabulām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem un izmantoto avotu un literatūras saraksta. The theory part of the bachelor thesis review the available information [statistics, research and scientific-analytical sources] on the development processes and typical challenges of small and medium-sized enterprises. Information on SME statistics, employment, development problems and business trends in the European Union, Latvia and the Vidzeme region is summarised. The Bachelor’s research part describes the research methods used: semi-structured interview, wich is a qualitative research method, and semi-structured questionnaire, wich is a quantative research method. The semi-structured interview is used to interview a business specialist of the Vidzeme planning region to find out the strategy of VPR for SMEs in the Vidzeme region. A semi-structured questionnaire is used to interview SMEs in the Vidzeme planning region to find out what sectors they cover, what are the pros and cons of developing a business in the Vidzeme region and how the VPR provides support to businesses. The Bachelor thesis concludes with the most favorable conditions in Vidzeme region, the main development problems faced by SMEs in Vidzeme region. The Bachelor thesis is written in Latvian and consists of 54 pages. It consists of an annotation in Latvian and English, a table of contents, an explanation of terms and concepts, an introduction, 6 chapters, 14 sub-chapters, 13 figures, 2 tables, conclusions, suggestions and a list of sources and literary sources.
