Pamatojums: Papildus labi zināmiem efektiem, kas saistīti ar fizisko sagatavotību,
funkcionalitāti, kognitīvajām spējām un sirds un asinsvadu veselību, aerobie treniņi var
veicināt arī neiroplasticitāti, tomēr trūkst kvalitatīvu pētījumu, par aerobas slodzes dozēšanu
pacientiem pēc saslimšanas ar insultu, lai veicinātu neiroplasticitāti.
Mērķis: Apkopot un analizēt zinātniskās publikācijas par aerobās slodzes pielietojumu
neiroplasticitātes veicināšanai pacientiem pēc saslimšanas ar insultu.
Pētījuma metodes: Zinātniskās literatūras analīze
Rezultāti: BDNF novērtēšanas publikācijās tieši zemas intensitātes aeroba slodze kombinācijā
ar standartrehabilitāciju nodarbības spēj būt efektīvāka metode pār vidējas intensitātes aerobas
slodzes treniņa programmu. Kamēr vienā no šiem pētījumiem vidējas intensitātes kombinācijā
ar standartrehabilitāciju nodarbības pēc trīs nedēļu programmas izraisīja pat negatīvu ietekmi
BDNF rādītājiem, kas norāda uz pacientu pārslodzi, kamēr otra pētījuma rezultāti vidējai
intensitātei bija pozitīvi. Savukārt pētījumā, kurā tika analizēta aerobās slodzes kombinācijā ar
stimulāciju ietekme uz neiroplasticitātes attīstīšanu balstoties uz MEP iegūtajiem rezultātiem
pirms un pēc intervences, rezultātos ievērojami var redzēt MEP mērījumu uzlabojumus pēc
aerobās slodzes treniņa kombinācijā ar stimulāciju.
Secinājumi: Pēc atlasīto pētījumu rezultātiem, ir pierādīts, ka vidējas intensitātes aerobās
slodzes intensitāte kombinācijā ar standartrehabilitāciju ir efektīvs neiroplasticitātes
attīstīšanas veids ilgtermiņā, tomēr pārslodzes gadījumā zemas intensitātes programma spēj
veikt pozitīvu efektivitāti uz pacienta neiroplasticitātes izraisošo faktoru līmeni. Pēc pētījumu
rezultātu analizēšanas var secināt, ka vidējas intensitātes aeroba slodzes programma kombinēta
ar transmitējošu teta-staru stimulācija ir efektīva motori izsaukto potenciālu (MEP) rezultātu
iegūšanai, tādejādi radot pozitīvu ietekmi uz neiroplasticitāti pacientam pēc insulta Divās
zinātniskajās publikacijās trūkst pierādījumu par norādītās aerobās slodzes programmas
ilgtermiņa ietekmi uz neiroplasticitāti, kas balstoties uz pētījumiem par neiroplasticitātes
ietekmi ilgtermiņā, kas vairākumam dalībnieku rezultējas ar pozitīvu efektivitāti, samazina šo
rezultātu pilnvērtību.

Title: Aerobic exercise to promote neuroplasticity in post-stroke patients: a systematic literature review Background: In addition to the well-known effects related to fitness, functionality, cognitive ability and cardiovascular health, aerobic exercise may also promote neuroplasticity, but there is a lack of high-quality studies on the dosing of aerobic exercise to promote neuroplasticity in post-stroke patients. Aim: To summarise and analyse the scientific literature on the use of aerobic exercise to promote neuroplasticity in patients after stroke. Methods: analysis of scientific literature Results: In BDNF assessment publications, it is low-intensity aerobic exercise in combination with standard rehabilitation classes that is able to be a more effective method over a moderate- intensity aerobic exercise training programme. While in one of these studies, moderate- intensity combined with standard rehabilitation exercise even had a negative effect on BDNF scores after a three-week programme, indicating that patients were overloaded, in the other study the results were positive for moderate intensity. On the other hand, in a study analysing the effect of aerobic exercise combined with stimulation on the development of neuroplasticity based on MEP results obtained before and after the intervention, significant improvements in MEP measurements after aerobic exercise training combined with stimulation can be seen in the results. Secinājumi: According to the results of the selected studies, moderate intensity aerobic exercise in combination with standard rehabilitation has been shown to be an effective way to develop neuroplasticity in the long term, but in case of overload, a low intensity programme can have a positive effect on the patient's level of neuroplasticity-inducing factors. After analysing the results of the studies, it can be concluded that a moderate-intensity aerobic exercise programme combined with transient theta-beam stimulation is effective for motor evoked potential (MEP) outcomes, Thus, producing a positive effect on neuroplasticity in the post-stroke patient Two scientific publications lack evidence on the long-term effect of the indicated aerobic exercise programme on neuroplasticity, which, based on studies on the long- term effects of neuroplasticity that result in positive efficacy for the majority of participants, reduces the completeness of these results.
