Pēcoperācijas norādījumi pacientiem pēc periodonta plastiskās ķirurģijas operācijām

Abstract

Darba mērķis- izpētīt pēcoperācijas norādījumus pacientiem pēc periodonta plastiskās ķirurģijas operācijām. Teorētiskajā apskatā tika apkopota literatūra par periodonta plastiskās ķirurģijas operācijas veidiem, dzīšanas procesu, vispārēji un specifiskie norādījumi pacientiem pēc periodonta plastiskās ķirurģijas operācijām. Tika apskatītie un salīdzinātie pēcoperācijas norādījumi pacientiem pēc periodonta plastikās ķirurģijas operācijām no deviņi Amerikas (ASV) klīnikām. Praktiskajā daļā tika izveidota rekomendācijas lapa latviešu valodā. Jo, izpētot literatūru un meklējot norādījumus, tika konstatēts, brīvi pieejamo, pēcoperācijas norādījumu pacientiem pēc periodonta plastiskās ķirurģijas operācijām latviešu valodā trūkums.Objective of the work- to explore post-operative instructions for patients after periodontal plastic surgery. The theoretical review summarised the literature on types of periodontal plastic surgery, the healing process, general and specific instructions for patients after periodontal plastic surgery. Postoperative instructions for patients after periodontal plastic surgery, from nine American (USA) clinics, were reviewed and compared. In the practical part was created postoperative instructions for pacients afterperiodontal plastic surgery in latvian. Because the literature search and the search for guidelines showed a lack of freely available postoperative guidelines for patients after periodontal plastic surgery in the latvian language.
