Kopsavilkums
Б., & Деев, А. В., 2013). Pie līdzvērtīga sportistu psihofunkcionālā stāvokļa, fiziskās sagatavotības un tehniskās meistarības izšķiroša nozīme bieži ir paukotāja spējai efektīvi un precīzi pielietot tehniski taktiskās darbības cīņas gaitā. Tomēr, neraugoties uz šo darbību lielo nozīmi, sagatavojošās taktiskās uzbrukuma darbības sporta paukošanā joprojām nav pietiekami vispusīgi izpētītas. Tām tiek veltīts salīdzinoši maz uzmanības gan teorētiskajā literatūrā, gan praktiskajos treniņu procesos, kas ierobežo iespējas pilnveidot sportistu taktisko domāšanu un lēmumu pieņemšanas efektivitāti reālās cīņas situācijās.
Hipotēze – paukotāju uzbrukuma un aizsardzības paņēmienu rezultativitāte būs augstākā, ja sportistam būs labākā laika un distances izjūta, nevis to izpildes ātrums.
Mērķis – laika un distances izjūtas attīstīšanas vingrinājumu kopuma izstrāde un tā pielietošanas ietekmes izvērtējums paukotājiem U18.
Uzdevumi:
1. Teorētiski izanalizēt paukotāju nepieciešamos līdzekļus un metodes laika un distances izjūtas attīstīšanai tehniskā paņēmiena rezultatīvākai izpildei cīņas laikā.
2. Noteikt paukotāju laika un distances izjūtas attīstību un uzbrukuma un aizsardzības paņēmienu rezultativitāti pirms eksperimenta.
3. Izstrādāt un aprobēt laika un distances izjūtas attīstīšanas vingrinājumu kopumu.
4. Noteikt vingrinājumu kopumu pielietošanas ietekmi uz paukotāju laika un distances izjūtas rezultativitāti un uzbrukuma un aizsardzības paņēmienu rezultativitāti.
Metodes:
1. Literatūras avotu analīze.
2. Sacensību novērojums.
3. Pedagoģiskais eksperiments.
Fencing today is a highly competitive sport, and to succeed, athletes must follow the latest trends and regularly refine their training approaches. According to many experts, one of the key success factors in modern fencing is the athlete’s technical preparedness (Shustikov, G. B., & Deev, A. V., 2013). When athletes are similar in terms of psychophysiological condition, physical fitness, and technical skills, the decisive factor often becomes their ability to apply technical and tactical actions effectively and precisely during a bout. However, despite the significance of these actions, preparatory tactical offensive movements in sport fencing are still not sufficiently researched. They receive comparatively little attention in both theoretical literature and practical training, which limits the opportunity to improve athletes’ tactical thinking and decision-making effectiveness in real combat situations. Hypothesis – The effectiveness of offensive and defensive techniques in fencing will be higher if the athlete possesses better timing and distance perception, rather than relying solely on execution speed. Objective – To develop a set of exercises for improving timing and distance perception and to evaluate their impact on U18 fencers. Tasks: 1. To theoretically analyze the necessary tools and methods for developing timing and distance perception for more effective execution of technical actions during a bout. 2. To determine the level of timing and distance perception and the effectiveness of offensive and defensive actions in fencers before the experiment. 3. To develop and test a set of exercises aimed at improving timing and distance perception. 4. To evaluate the impact of these exercises on the effectiveness of fencers’ timing and distance perception and their offensive and defensive actions. Methods: 1. Literature review. 2. Observation of competitions. 3. Pedagogical experiment. 4. Mathematical and statistical methods. The hypothesis was confirmed – the effectiveness of offensive and defensive techniques is higher in athletes with superior timing and distance perception than in those relying primarily on execution speed. Summarizing the obtained results, it can be concluded that a specific, targeted, and theoretically grounded training program focused on the development of timing and distance perception effectively improves fencers’ performance and technical preparedness. These data can serve as a basis for implementing the program on a broader scale and for further studies aimed at refining fencing methodology for various age and skill groups.
