Abstract
Pacienti, dodas pie speciālistiem dažādu iemeslu dēļ, viens no galvenajiem iemesliem ir estētiskas dabas problēmas, kad cilvēks runā vai smaida. Ņemot vērā mūsdienu straujo ritmu, pacienti arvien vairāk vēlas veikt ortodontisku ārstēšanu īsākā laika sprīdī, tādēļ ir nepieciešams izzināt, kādas ir šobrīd pieejamās un populārākās paātrinātās zobu pārvietošanas metodes ortodontijā, kādas ir to priekšrocības un trūkumi.
Darba mērķis ir apzināt un apkopot, kādas metodes tiek pielietotas, lai pārvietotu zobus ātrākā laika sprīdī.
Darbā tiek izmantoti 24 zinātniskie raksti un zinātniskā lietratūra tika apskatīta no 2020. gada 1. jūnija līdz 2020. gada 31. oktobrim.
Tiek secināts, ka ortodontijā pielietotās zobu pārvietošanas metodes ir ļoti dažādas: medikamentozas, ķirurģiskas, fizikālas. Katrai no tām ir savas priekšrocības un trūkumi.
Patients go to dental specialists for variety of reasons, the main complaint is esthetic problems and low selfesteem because of unesthetic view, when they smile or even talk. According to fast rhytm of life nowadays, more and more patiens want to do orthodontic curing in faster way. The question what patients alwats ask when treatment is started – when can we take of those orthodontic appliances. That's why it is very important to observe the available and most popular tooth acceleration methods in orthodontics, what are pros and contras of them. Main goal of this study is to identify and sum up methods which can be used for faster dental relocation in less time spread. This scientific reseach was done from 1. june 2020 til 31. october 2020. And in this research was included 24 researches- mainly systematic rewievs, meta analysis, clinical trials. Conclusions: there are 3 main ways, how to accelerate tooth in orthodontical way – with medications, surgicaly and other non surgical ways.
