Implantu balstītas pārklājprotēzes

Abstract

Šī zinātniski pētnieciskā darba mērķis ir apkopot jaunāko pieejamo zinātnisko literatūru par implantu balstītām pārklājprotēzēm, aplūkojot bezzobu žokļu problemātiku un aktualitāti, pacientu vēlmes un apmierinātību, citas protezēšanas iespējas, pārklājprotēžu savienojumu sistēmas, implantu skaitu un izvietojumu. No apkopotās literatūras tika secināts, ka bezzobu žokļu pacientu rehabilitāciju ietekmē dažādi faktori, kā multimorbiditāte, polifarmācija, alveolārā kaula atrofija, pacientu vēlmes, kas ietekmē ārstēšanas plānu. Augšžoklī, kā pirmā ārstēšanas izvēle būtu konvencionālā totālā protēze, apakšžoklī 2 implantu balstīta pārklājprotēze. Minimāli invazīvas ārstēšanas metodes, kā 1 implanta balstīta pārklājprotēze apakšžoklī un 2 implantu balstīta pārklājprotēze augšžoklī, ārstiem jāpielieto piesardzīgi.The aim of this research is to summarize the latest available scientific literature about implant-supported overdentures, looking at the problems and actuality of edentulous jaws, patient wishes and satisfaction, other prosthetic options, overdenture attachment system and the amount and placement of implants. It was concluded that several factors influence the rehabilitation and the treatment plan of edentulous jaw patients, such as multimorbidity, polypharmacy, alveolar bone atrophy and patient needs. For the upper jaw, the first choice of treatment would be conventional complete denture, for the lower jaw 2 implant-supported overdenture. Minimally invasive treatments such as 1 implant-supported overdenture for the lower jaw and 2 implant-supported overdenture for the upper jaw should be used with caution by clinicians.
