Kopsavilkums
Pētījuma dalībnieku anketēšana norisinājās laika posmā no 2025 . gada x . marta līdz 2025 . gada 1. aprīlim X pilsētas stacionārā .
Rezultāti : Pētījumā piedalījās 177 stacionārā strādājošas māsas. Rezultāti parādīja, ka māsām ar darba pieredzi līdz 10 gadiem ir statistiski nozīmīgi augstāks vispārējās veselības pašvērtējums (Me = 40,00), savukārt māsām ar darba pieredzi virs 10 gadiem – augstāks darba apstākļu novērtējums (Me = 34,00). Kopumā novērots augsts noguruma, stresa un emocionālā izsīkuma līmenis visās grupās.
Secinājumi : Pētījums apstiprina hipotēzi – pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības veselības pašvērtējumā atkarībā no darba stāža.
Aim: To determine the self-assessment of the health status of working masses. Hypothesis: There are differences in the self-assessment of health status of nurses with different work experience. Methods: The study will use a non-experimental, quantitative cross-sectional method. Data will be obtained using: a questionnaire developed by the author of the work. The first block of the questionnaire will include questions about working conditions and health of the masses, the higher the indicators will be evaluated in a point system, this indicates a higher self-assessment of health. The second block is self-assessment of health, it will be evaluated in a point system: In total, it is possible to obtain from 0 to 51 points, the more points, the higher the self-assessment of health. The study will be conducted in a hospital in the city of X, covering young nurses with experience up to 10 years and nurses with experience over 10 years. Data collection was carried out electronically through visidati.v, observing the principles of ethics, anonymity and voluntary participation. The survey of study participants took place from March 2025 to April 1, 2025 in the X city hospital. Results: 177 nurses working in a hospital participated in the study. The results showed that nurses with work experience up to 10 years have a statistically significantly higher self-assessment of general health (Me = 40.00), while nurses with work experience over 10 years have a higher assessment of working conditions (Me = 34.00). In general, high levels of fatigue, stress and emotional exhaustion were observed in all groups. Conclusions: The study confirms the hypothesis – there are statistically significant differences in self-assessment of health depending on length of service. The results reveal that both physical and emotional health are closely related to working conditions and professional workload.
