Kopsavilkums
Darba nosaukums: Plecu joslas funkcionālo parametru novērtēšana un vingrinājumu kopuma ietekme uz airēšanas slaloma sportistiem vecumā no 15-18 gadiem
Darba mērķis: Izpētīt “USACK” vingrinājumu kopuma iedarbību uz airēšanas slaloma
sportistu plecu joslas funkcionāliem parametriem, sportistiem vecumā no 15-18 gadiem
Hipotēze: 4.nedēļas pielietojot “USACK” vingrinājumu kopumu tiks uzlaboti airēšanas slaloma
sportistu plecu joslas funkcionālie parametri
Pētījuma uzdevumi:
1. Novērtēt airēšanas slaloma sportistu plecu joslas funkcionālos parametrus pirms
vingrinājumu kopuma pielietošanas.
2. Novērtēt airēšanas slaloma sportistu plecu joslas funkcionālos parametrus pēc vingrinājumu
kopuma pielietošanas.
3. Salīdzināt un analizēt iegūtos rezultātus
Secinājumi:
m.teres major, m. lattisimus dorsi, mm.rhomboidei. Muskuļu spēks visvairāk pieaauga
pleca iekšējos un ārējos pleca rotatoros un mm.rhomboidei. Vērojami daži uzlabojumi
arī specifiskā testa rezultātos.
Muskuļu spēka rādītāji uzlabojās septiņās no desmit testējamām
grupām, kur dati ir statistiski nozīmīgi (p<0.05). Specifiskā testa rezultāti norāda, ka
funkcionālie uzlabojumi bija vērojami 6 sportistiem no kopējā dalībnieku skaita.
Pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze “4.nedēļas pielietojot “USACK” vingrinājumu kopumu tiks
uzlaboti airēšanas slaloma sportistu plecu joslas funkcionālie parametri” ir
apstiprinājusies.
Title of the work: Assessment of Shoulder Girdle Functional Parameters and The Impact of an Exercise Program on Canoe Slalom Athletes Aged 15–18 Aim of the Study: To investigate the effects of the "USACK" exercise program on the functional parameters of the shoulder girdle in canoe slalom athletes aged 15 to 18 Hypothesis: A 4-week application of the "USACK" exercise program will improve the functional parameters of the shoulder girdle in canoe slalom athletes. Objectives of the Study: 1. To assess the functional parameters of the shoulder girdle in canoe slalom athletes before applying the exercise program. 2. To assess the functional parameters of the shoulder girdle in canoe slalom athletes after applying the exercise program. 3. To compare and analyze the obtained results Conclusions: 1. Before the implementation of the “USACK” exercise program, functional limitations in the shoulder girdle were identified among the athletes. The greatest restriction in range of motion was observed in shoulder internal rotation. Muscle length testing showed shortening predominantly on the dominant side, especially in the internal rotators, m. pectoralis minor, m. teres major, and m. latissimus dorsi. Muscle strength assessment revealed imbalances between the left and right sides of the body, with particular weakness in mm. rhomboidei and the middle and lower fibers of m. trapezius. The specific test did not reveal any significant limitations in shoulder flexibility or mobility. 2. Following the application of the “USACK” exercise program, improvements were observed in the functional parameters of the shoulder girdle. Range of motion increased most notably in shoulder internal rotation. Muscle length improved in the internal rotators, m. pectoralis minor, m. teres major, m. latissimus dorsi, and mm. rhomboidei. Muscle strength showed the most improvement in the shoulder internal and external rotators, as well as in mm. rhomboidei. Minor improvements were also noted in the results of the specific test. 3. Based on the results obtained before and after the four-week intervention, it can be concluded that the “USACK” exercise program has a positive effect on the functional parameters of the shoulder girdle. Statistically significant improvements in range of motion (p < 0.05) were observed in shoulder flexion, extension, internal and external rotation. Changes in muscle length were recorded in 5 out of 9 tested muscle groups, and muscle strength improved in 7 out of 10 groups, with statistically significant results (p < 0.05). The specific test results indicated functional improvements in 6 athletes from the total sample. The hypothesis proposed in the study – “Applying the 'USACK' exercise program for 4 weeks will improve the functional parameters of the shoulder girdle in slalom canoe athletes” – has been confirmed.
