Veselīgu dzemdību jēdziens plānotās ārpusstacionāra dzemdībās studējošo vecmāšu perspektīvā

Abstract

Nosaukums: Veselīgu dzemdību jēdziens plānotās ārpusstacionāra dzemdībās studējošo vecmāšu perspektīvā. Pētījuma mērķis: ir noskaidrot studējošo vecmāšu viedokli par veselīgu dzemdību jēdzienu plānotās ārpusstacionāra dzemdībās. Aktualitāte: Pēc 2022. gada konferences Aarhus, Dānijā, notika diskusija, kuras rezultātā notika normālu dzemdību jēdziena maiņa uz veselīgu dzemdību jēdzienu. Tāpēc šis pētījums ir tieši par studējošo vecmāšu viedokļiem par šo salīdzinoši jauno jēdzienu (International Normal Labour and Birth Research conference, 2022). Pētījuma dizains: Kvalitatīvs pētījums ar pamatotās teorijas dizainu. Populācija atlasīta pēc ērtuma izlases. Darbs sastāv no 45 lapaspusēm, bez tabulām un attēliem, izmantoti 42 informācijas avoti un pievienoti 3 pielikumi. Pētījuma metodes: Klātienes intervijas tika izmantotas kā datu vākšanas metode. Pētijumā analizētas daļēji strukturētas intervijas. Piedalījās piecas pēdējos divos kursos studējošās vecmātes. Secinājumi: Studējošās vecmātes veselīgas dzemdības saprot kā holistisku pieredzi, kurā svarīga ir sievietes pašnoteikšanās, emocionālā drošība un cieņpilna aprūpe. Rezultāti izgaismo arī sistēmiskos šķēršļus Latvijā, kas ierobežo uz sievieti centrētas aprūpes īstenošanu ārpusstacionāra vidē un akcentē nepieciešamību stiprināt vecmāšu profesionālo autonomiju. Objective: To explore student midwives’ perspectives on the concept of healthy birth in planned out-of-hospital birth. Relevance: Following the 2022 conference in Aarhus, Denmark, a discussion was held that led to the replacement of the term “normal birth” with “healthy birth.” Therefore, this research focuses specifically on student midwives’ views on this relatively new concept (International Normal Labour and Birth Research Conference, 2022). Study design: A qualitative study using a grounded theory approach. The population was selected by convenience sampling. The research paper consists of 45 pages, contains no tables or figures, includes 42 sources of information, and has 3 appendices attached. Methods: Personal, semi-structured interviews were used as the data collection method. Five student midwives in their final two years of study participated in the research. Conclusions: Student midwives perceive healthy birth as a holistic experience where maternal autonomy, emotional safety, and respectful care are central. The findings also reveal systemic barriers in Latvia that hinder the implementation of woman-centered care in out-of-hospital settings and emphasize the need to strengthen midwives’ professional autonomy.
