Kopsavilkums
Frontal bone fractures are among the rarest types of maxillofacial fractures, with high-energy trauma being the most common etiology. Recent increases in electric scooter and motorbike accidents have led to a rise in the incidence and prevalence of such trauma. The management of frontal bone fractures is contingent upon the severity and extent of the fracture, which dictates the appropriate therapeutic approach.. The aim of this study is to review different management of frontal bone fractures and treatment plans using latest discoveries. Surgery has been described as preferential treatment, choosing coronal cut as most frequently used approach. Nevertheless, authors are trying to find new solutions and innovations to improve the patient outcome. Surgical treatment is a well-established and know method in frontal bone fracture treatment, but it contains certain risks. High number of complications. is associated with coronal cut approach. Recent trends in the literature indicate a growing emphasis on minimally invasive techniques and conservative therapies, as these approaches offer reduced complication rates and promote faster recovery in patients. Despite their advantages, each method is not without limitations. Minimally invasive procedures require the use of specialized instruments and request expertise from highly skilled and experienced practitioners. As goes for, conservative management, it requires continuous patient monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes.
