Abstract
Attālinātais darbs mūsdienās ir kļuvis par izplatītu darba pienākumu izpildes vietas formu. Tomēr Latvijā šobrīd nav skaidra nacionālā tiesiskā regulējuma, kas definētu un nepārprotami regulētu attālinātā darba īstenošanu darba tiesiskajās attiecībās. Darba mērķis ir piedāvāt Darba likuma un Darba aizsardzības likuma grozījumus, kas ļautu attālināto darbu kā darba izpildes vietas formu piemērot korekti un nepārprotami. Lai darba mērķis tiktu izpildīts, darba gaitā tiek noskaidrots attālinātā darba jēdziens un būtība, attālinātā darba tiesiskais regulējums ārvalstīs, Eiropā un Latvijā, kā arī noskaidrots, kā attālinātais darbs tiek piemērots Latvijā. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 63 lappuses.
Telework has now become a common form of the place where the work is performed. However, there is currently no clear national legal framework in Latvia that would define and explicitly regulate the implementation of telework in employment legal relationships. The aim of this research is to offer amendments to the Labour Law and the Labour Protection Law, which would allow telework to be applied correctly and explicitly as a form of the place where the work is performed. To meet the aim of the research, the concept and definition of telework, the legal framework for telework in foreign countries, Europe and Latvia, and how telework is applied in Latvia are clarified in the course of the research. Total amount of the research is 63 pages.
