Abstract
Onkoloģisko slimību agrīna atklāšana ir svarīga, lai nodrošinātu veiksmīgu ārstēšanu. Kopš 2017. gada agrīni atklāto onkoloģisko slimību īpatsvars nepieaug. Slimību agrīni var diagnosticēt, regulāri veicot ikgadējās profilaktiskās pārbaudes pie ģimenes ārsta un veicot skrīningu (Veselības minisrtija, 2023).No 2017. līdz 2021. gadam profilaktisko pārbaudi pie ģimenes ārsta veica vidēji 14 % . Kritiski nepietiekamu sabiedrības dalību skrīningā apliecina tas, ka tikai neliela daļa pacientu, kuriem atklāta onkoloģiska slimība, iepriekš ir veikuši skrīningu, īpatsvaram mainoties robežās no 2 % prostatas, 20% zarnu vēža, 32% krūts vēža līdz 40 % dzemdes kakla vēža gadījumā(LRVK, 2023).
Early detection of oncological diseases is important for successful treatment. Since 2017, the proportion of oncological diseases detected early has not increased. Diseases can be caug ht early by regular preventive check-up sat the general physican and screening (Ministry of Health, 2023). From 2017 to 2021, onaverage, 14% had a preventive check-up at the family doctor. Critically insufficient participation of the publicin screening is confirmed by the fact that only a small percentage of patients diagnosed with an oncological disease have previously been screened, thep roportion ranging from 2% of prostate cancer, 20% of bowel cancer, 32% of breast cancer to 40% of cervical cancer (LRVK, 2023).
