Abstract

Antibiotiku atklājumu var uzskatīt par vissvarīgāko notikumu 20. gadsimtā. Mūsdienās AB izmanto bieži, un to aktualitāte kļūst arvien nozīmīgāka visās medicīnas nozarēs, tāi skaitā zobārstniecībā. Pēdējos gados mediķi arvien biežāk sastopas ar zāļu neracionālas lietošanas problēmām. Neatbilstoša antibiotiku lietošana veicina antibiotiku rezistences veidošanos, blakusparādību biežuma paaugstināšanos . Speciālisti vairākās valstīs atzīmē nepieciešamību samazināt AB lietošanu. Bija veikti vairāki pētījumi vispārējā medicīnā un zobārstniecības jomā, lai noteiktu AB preparatu iedarbību uz patogēnu orālu mikrofloru. Tika plaši pētīti AB ārstēšanas ieguvumi un lietošanas riski . Šī darbā bija aplūkoti dažādi literatūras avoti ar mērķi atrast atbildi uz jautājumu : kādi ir sistēmiskās AB lietošanas riski un kas jāņem vērā zobārstniecības jomas speciālistiem, lai novērstu un minimizētu nelabvēlīgu blakusparādību biežumu.The discovery of antibiotics can be called the most important event of the 20th century. Today, AB is used frequently and its relevance is becoming increasingly important in all areas of medicine, including dentistry. In recent years, doctors have increasingly encountered problems with irrational drug use. Improper use of antibiotics contributes to the development of antibiotic resistance, an increase in the frequency of side effects. Specialists in several countries note the need to reduce the use of AB. A number of studies in general medicine and dentistry have been performed to determine the effects of AB preparations on pathogenic oral microflora. The benefits and risks of AB treatment have been extensively studied. In this work, various literature sources were considered in order to find an answer to the question: What are the risks of using AB and how can a dental specialist prevent and minimize them.
