Pētījums tika veikts ar mērķi: izpētīt sociālo darbinieku saskarsmes kompetenci ar pilngadīgām personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem.
Darba teorētiskajā daļā apkopota literatūra par saskarsmes un komunikācijas jēdzieniem un to veidiem, emocionālo inteliģenci, empātijas kā personības emocionālo sfēru, kā arī apkopota informācija par personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem un saskarsmes veidiem.
Pētījuma izlasi veido 157 sociālie darbinieki, no dažādiem Latvijas reģioniem.
Maģistra darbs ir latviešu valodā un sastāv no 1.sējuma un 4 pielikumiem. Sējuma teksta daļa sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaļām, 7 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras saraksta, 3 tabulām, 18 attēliem, darba apjoms kopā uz 58 lapām.
The research was carried out with the aim: to study the communication competence of social workers with adults with mental disorders. The theoretical part of the work summarizes the literature on the concepts of communication and communication and their types, emotional intelligence, empathy as an emotional sphere of personality, as well as information about persons with mental disorders and types of communication. The sample of the study consists of 157 social workers from different regions of Latvia. The master's thesis is in Latvian and consists of volume 1 and 4 appendices. The text part of the volume consists of an introduction, 4 chapters, 7 subsections, conclusions and proposals, a list of references, 3 tables, 18 figures, workload on a total of 58 pages.
