Tabakas dūmi ir rūpīgi pētīta tēma, kas, kā zināms, negatīvi ietekmē cilvēku labsajūtu. Viena no
galvenokārt pētītajām tēmām ir smēķēšanas negatīvā ietekme uz sirds un asinsvadu sistēmu.
Sirds un asinsvadu slimības (SAS) ir galvenais nāves un slimību cēlonis visā pasaulē, un
pierādījumi liecina, ka tabakas smēķēšana būtiski veicina to progresēšanu. Darbinieku
apspriešana kā mērķa demogrāfiskā grupa ir ļoti svarīga viņu uzņēmības pret nelabvēlīgu ietekmi
uz veselību dēļ, un ieteikums atmest smēķēšanu var uzlabot viņu vispārējo labsajūtu. Smēķēšana
ir novēršams riska faktors; tomēr tās globālā izplatība joprojām ir ievērojama.
Šī literatūras pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt korelāciju starp cigarešu smēķēšanu, dūmu iedarbību un
sirds un asinsvadu slimību sākšanos darbinieku vidū.
Darba metodes un materiāli: Šis pētījums par smēķēšanu un sirds un asinsvadu slimību riskiem
galvenokārt koncentrējās uz koronāro artēriju slimību (KAS) un perifēro artēriju slimību (PAS),
izmantojot pierādījumus no metaanalīzēm, sistemātiskiem pētījumiem, kohortas pētījumiem un
gadījumu izpētes. Galvenās izmantotās datubāzes bija Google Scholar, PubMed, BMJ, Science
Direct un ResearchGate.
Secinājumi: SAS progresēšana un tās saistība ar smēķēšanu būtiski ietekmē kopējo mirstību un
slimību skaitu. Ikdienas smēķēšana paaugstina hroniskas progresējošas iekaisuma slimības
attīstības risku artērijās, kas izraisa plātnīšu veidošanos, tostarp stabilu stenokardiju, akūtu
koronāro sindromu (AKS), perifēro artēriju slimību (PAS), cerebrālu infarktu un pēkšņu sirds
nāvi. Personām, kas pakļautas smēķēšanai, bija aptuveni par 30% paaugstināts sirds un asinsvadu
slimību risks. Uzsākot smēķēšanas atmešanu, embolu risks nekavējoties samazinās, un piecus
gadus pēc smēķēšanas atmešanas AKS risks ir ievērojami samazinājies. Lai gan pētījumi par
smēķēšanu un pasīvo dūmu iedarbību darba vietās ir ierobežoti, daži dati liecina par akūtu
koronāro notikumu samazināšanos pēc nesmēķētāju tiesību aktu ieviešanas.
Secinājums: Smēķēšana nelabvēlīgi ietekmē sirds un asinsvadu sistēmu, kas var palielināt sirds
slimību un cerebrovaskulāru traucējumu risku.
Tobacco smoke is thoroughly studied subject known to adversely affect human well-being. One of the majorly studied topics is the negative influence of smoking on cardiovacular system Cardiovascular disease(CVD) is the primary cause of death and diseases worldwide, and evidence indicates that tobacco smoking significantly contributes to its progression. Discussing employees as a target demographic is crucial due to their susceptibility to adverse health outcomes, and advocating for cessation can enhance their overall wellness. Smoking is an avoidable risk factor; yet, its global prevalence remains significant. The objective of this literature study is examining the correlation of tobacco smoking, Second- hand smoking, aswell as beginning of cardiovascular disease with workers. working-strategies and materials: This study on smoking and cardiovascular risks focused primarily on coronary artery disease(CAD) and peripheral artery disease(PAD), utilising evidence from meta-analyses, systematic studies, cohort studies, and case studies. The primary databases utilised were, PubMed, British Medical Journal, Proquest, ClinicalKey, and ResearchGate. Findings: The progression of CVD and its association with smoking significantly impact overall death and disease. Daily smoking elevates the risk of acquiring chronic progressive inflammatory disease within arteries leading to plaque formation, this includes stable angina, acute coronary syndrome (ACS), PAD, cerebral infaction and sudden cardiac death. Individuals exposed to smoke experienced approximately 30% heightened risk of CVD. When initiating smoking cessation, the risk of emboli is promptly diminished and after five years post-cessation, the risk of ACS has markedly lowered.While research on smoking and second-hand smoke exposure in workplaces is limited, some data indicate a reduction in acute coronary events following the implementation of smoke-free legislation. Conclusion: Smoking adversely affects the cardiovascular system, which could raise the risk of heart disease and cerebrovascular disorders.
