    Specifics of Use of Hearsay Testimony as Evidence under Ukrainian and Foreign Criminal Procedure Laws

    A. Panova writes about the array of questions related to testimony from the use of other people’s words, formed during the proofing in criminal procedure in Ukraine and other countries. The author has made justifiable conclusions that, according to the norms of Ukrainian criminal procedure, testimonies form the use of other people’s words can be treated as inadmissible, unless parties involved in criminal proceedings agree to use such evidence.
