Ievadā aprakstīta tēmas aktualitāte, noteikts pētījuma mērķis, priekšmets, objekts, jautājums un veicamie uzdevumi. Darbā apkopotas un analizētas juridiskās atziņas par jēdzieniem „vardarbība”, „vardarbība ģimenē”; četriem vardarbības veidiem- fiziskā, emocionālā, seksuālā un ekonomiskā vardarbība, kā arī par personas vajāšanu. Bakalaura darbā analizēts vardarbības ģimenē viktimoloģiskais aspekts, izzinot vardarbībai pakļauto upuru raksturojumu un vardarbības determinantu kriminoloģisko raksturojumu. Darbā apskatīta un analizēta Latvijas tiesībsargājošo iestāžu un sabiedriskā sektora prakse saskaroties ar problemātiku, nodrošinot upuru aizsardzību pret vardarbību. Autore darba izstrādes gaitā izteikusi piemērus no savas darba pieredzes Valsts policijā. Autore guvusi atziņas, ka vardarbība ģimenē Latvijā ir nopietna problēma, kas prasa efektīvus risinājumus un regulāri tiek veikti pasākumi tās mazināšanai. Sekmīgai vardarbības ģimenē mazināšanai valstī steidzami nepieciešams aktualizēt starpinstitucionālo sadarbību šajā jomā, tiesību aktos precizēt terminus „vardarbība” un „vardarbība ģimenē”, kā arī paredzēt nepieciešamību vardarbīgai personai obligāti saņemt profesionālu palīdzību vardarbīgas uzvedības mazināšanai.In the bachelor thesis "Domestic Violence and its Limiting: Criminological Problems" the author Liene Miruškina analyses the legal findings on violent criminal offences in the context of domestic violence. The introduction identifies the topicality of the research, the aim, subject, object, question and tasks of the study. The work summarises and analyses legal knowledge on the concepts of "violence” and "domestic violence"; the four types of violence - physical, emotional, sexual and economic violence, as well as stalking. The bachelor thesis analyses the victimological aspect of domestic violence by examining the characteristics of victims of violence and the criminological characteristics of the determinants of violence. The paper examines and analyses the practices of Latvian law enforcement agencies and the public sector on the problems of ensuring the protection of victims against violence. In the course of the work, the author has given examples from their personal work experience in the Latvian National Police. The author has gained insights that domestic violence in Latvia is a serious problem that requires effective solutions and measures are regularly taken to reduce it. In order to successfully reduce domestic violence in the country, there is an urgent need to update inter-institutional cooperation in this area, to clarify the terms "violence" and "domestic violence" in legislation, and to make it mandatory for a violent person to receive services to reduce violent behaviour.lv-LVinfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessVardarbība ģimenēDomestic Violenceinfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesis
