Viens no biežākajiem cēloņiem, kāpēc veidojās “melnie trīsstūri” ir periodonta balsta audu zudums, ko izraisa aplikuma biofilma. Tomēr ir arī citi cēloņi, piemēram, zoba anatomiskie faktori, protētiskās restaurācijas novietojums un kvalitāte, un invazīvas higiēnas procedūras, kas var ietekmēt starpzobu papillas augstumu. Literatūras apskatā tika analizēti pētījumi, kas veikti ar cilvēkiem, klīniskie gadījumi un literatūras apskati, kas publicēti pēdējo 10 gadu laikā. Secinājumi. Lai palielinātu mīksto audu daudzumu ir iespējams izmantot gan ķirurģiskas, gan neķirurģiskas metodes. Darbā apskatītās reģenerācijas metodes ir uzrādījušas pozitīvus rezultātus papillas augstuma rādītājos. One of the common causes is the loss of periodontal support that is due to plaque-associated lesions. However, other causes such as abnormal tooth shape, improper prosthetic restorations, or invasive hygiene procedures may also affect the loss level of the interdental papillae. This literature research will be addressing the common aesthetic concerns of receded gums. Apart from the aesthetic features, it is crucial to maintain the functional features such as phonetics but also avoid food stagnation that leads to tooth decay A variety of treatment options were presented both surgical and non-surgical procedures to increase soft tissue volume. The techniques used in the regeneration procedure have shown positive results in papilla height. However, research was done to compare methods to determine different aspects of each method such as effectiveness, rate of papilla increase, and treatment duration. The aim of this study is to obtain and provide a summary and a review of the literature and articles published recently on methods available for regeneration of interdental papilla and peri-implant papilla and attain the different aspects of each technique. The assignment will be performed by following steps: 1. Make a search about the non-surgical and surgical techniques of lost interdental and peri-implant papilla published from 2011-2021. 2. Describe different surgical as well as non-surgical methods, types of techniques, and what material was used for the reconstructions of the papilla soft tissue lost. 3. Describe the outcomes and finally discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the described methods. 4.
